Up near your mini map is a button called Coordinates Assistant. If you click it it will bring up a list of NPC's near you. All the towns have a teleport master in them, they will be a female NPC wearing red clothing. If you push M and then click the map where you're at, it will zoom in so you can actually see the towns…

If you do the mice bashing room, take the lowest level bow from a starter city and a few thousand arrows, it goes way faster that way, especially now that we have the Tab key.
