Just tried to get My Jones. It's not working for me yet, same problem, says I don't have a character. Odd, cinsidering my Avatar confirms I'm lvl 101 :P

Getting large ping and lag spikes all the time now. I used to get 150 to 300 on average, now it's over 450 constantly, and 7-8 k at times. Not a line issue, I pinged a test server in NY and got 140ms.

Managed to get a Jones when page was up. Now it says I've had my Jones for today, and has shown that message for the last 3 days. Pehaps it needs looking at yet again.
