I mean, what if at Lvl 60 you have 4 sockets in all armor with the BEST EVASION shards with other DEX bonus items and, of course, maxed out DEX...how will you do against a same-level…

Thx for the info. I've been concerned about this recently. I am choosing to go Pure Dex with the aid of either Citrine Gems for HP or seriously max out my Evasion with Amber Gems. Evasion is a great armor. I wonder how effective it is at super-high levels.
