Use Soulforce to determine, but to avoid ppl changing gears in mid fight, have all gms take screenies of ppl using wat gear and record soul force of the gear and stuff they using, and if they not Rebirth, then have those fight that are not and if rb 1 then make only rb1 fights and so onb:pleased
