I'm not arguing about SoR just Purehearted because SoR is useful unlike Purehearted. IH heals more over time than Purehearted does at all levels if you want a instant heal it would be better to use Wellspring or SoR... And I wonder why the stickied guide says don't level Purehearted past 1... And if you can't keep a barbs…

How much HP are you thinking the barb has? Wellspring and IH beats Purehearted in channeling time, by the time you get 1 Pure off I can get 1 Wellspring and 2 IH's on the tank which combined heal for more then Purehearted.

Using Purehearted to heal a barb tanking a boss lol. It would be better to use Wellspring and then stack IH. Edit: Wierd it updated my clerics lvl but not my barbs...

He appeared 1 hour after he was supposed to on Harshlands.

PWCalc link please i'm curious to see your gear... Though imo DoT's won't help you much in TW or PK. And the only time I see "attack clerics" are those that are R9 in TW...
