I don't get what is sooo hard to understand,.,, Standing inside the catapult is a strategy NOT a bug. You can easily target the catapult puller with a click of the shift key {same as targeting a npc thru the mass of idiots with shops right on top of them} if you are a veno and don't have the team to kill the boss properly…

the description says clearly "up to X seconds" not "For X seconds". As you level it the possible seconds it could last for is increased.
