It all depends on if they are bound items or not.

Submit a ticket, but you probably won't hear back from until Monday. But plus complaining passes the time, so it's good because you're reading it, you have something to reply to. So it isn't that much of a time-waste. O_o

Everybody be patient. There's nobody in the office to fix the issue. You have to wait another 24-48 hours until someone is in the office to fix the issue. Now you understand why people are complaining?
