So its only a stronger version of Blodthirst? Its writen on discription that it takes hp from all nearby targets but wouldnt be first time that skill discription is wrong in game, can anyone who has this skill confirm it plx?

True, forgot that in r9 Weapon is also included in Bonus. Tried it out with r9r2 Belt and Weapon and 6 g16. It seems r9r Weapon gives +40 atack lvl, ist that correct?
