ok i asked around.. a lvl 70's psychic's chance to successfully cast soul of silence is under 6% 8[ so i guess that aint something you can rely on when pking :/

oh x.x wow thats complete news to me x.x so that thing on PWpedia (Armor and ornament endurance is reduced when you take damage) is completely wrong then (someone change that misinformation plz T.T)? and neither physical defence nor evasion can save my my equipment from being damaged when a mob tries to hit me? :(
