Once upon a time I remember the same thing happend to someone on RT. He NPC'ed his rank piece +10 with some decent shards. And you know what? He had his piece back plus shards plus 10(!) +10 orbs to refine it back. GMs are different, the one who took my issue was as "good" as yours.

Nope, just a hacker. We, RT, have had an amzing 14 y.o. hacker, who succesfully **** number of high levels, including 105 sin. Nobody knows how. He is banned, thanks God. Atleast I don't need to worry about my gear and this game altogether. I am finally free. f:grin
