I partially blame that because the rest of PW expects us to res. I think the mind set is cleric's aren't allowed to be busy. People get ticked if they ask for a res and you tell them you can't/don't have time.

Are you serious? That's not against the ToS? In most other games (and I think in common sense's opinion) it really should be. It seems like a form of cheating to me. No, it's not fun. But a cleric shouldn't be obligated to res people willy-nilly just because idealist clerics (which seems to be everyone apparently) go around doing it.
