Ashunera - Lost City Arc User

Well I have to search for the disc, but i went and checked everything else and I already have the Eastern Asian Language installed. It says its checked. Think my graphic drivers are ok I looked and it says the East Asian Language is checked and all that but I still cant get on because the error comes back up.
