Launcher Error

Well my computer got wiped so I had to reinstall PW so I reinstalled it and did all the patching and when I bring up the launcher and press start this error comes up that I cant read. What am I missing? or whats wrong?

    Install East Asian Language support, and check your graphics drivers.

    Well I have to search for the disc, but i went and checked everything else and I already have the Eastern Asian Language installed. It says its checked. Think my graphic drivers are ok
    I looked and it says the East Asian Language is checked and all that but I still cant get on because the error comes back up.
