and what if they had the power to transfer there aura of darkness and they can use it on enemy or aliy like it can drain hp/mp from an enemy and will power up or heal a friend. and something like shadow gaze they can shoot a beam of dark power from there face.

well if we make a race of sythons we can put them in a different demension like the yin yang realm or somthing. and instead of warrior and mage classes we can put light and darkness.
