There is another way but it costs you and you have to be quick. If you use the Illusion stones in archosaur you can teleport direct into Hall of Deception,you then run up ramp to chest and have about 20 secs to get painting before mobs attack you.It costs 5000 to use the stone but thats how I did it.

I have just finished first part of Dragon quest and the badge i recieved can be exchanged for molds,but only seems to be a limited choice.Probably get more choice as you progress with quest. You go to Dragon herald to get the molds.

There are servers based in canary wharf in London,my PWI time is GMT and it runs quite well even though I have a relatively old computer.I am based in UK by the way.
