Ok then how come last year there was no strings attached? All you had to do was file a FREE ticket to get your FREE mount transferred to the toon you wanted.

I have filed a ticket, but if you read in my 1st post frankieray already confirmed you will have to have an account stone to transfer.

True, but at one point in this server's history Crimson was the strongest guild and has now rebuilt from nothing. Evoke has acomplished absolutley nothing and will lose there land before they get a chance to.
