it is a gift... they said it'll be mailed to your HIGHEST character. its intended as a gift to your HIGHEST character. as the other guy has said... you intended to use the gift in a way thats not intended by the gift giver. and in term you have to pay for the unauthorized/unintended useage.1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

It's a gift because it has cost you nothing to obtain. Wether you can or want to use it upon the highest char is irrelevant. It was still obtained freely hence a gift.
Personally I have an account stash so can trade it to my next alt down if need be, but if I didnt I would just send my alt my mains old mount and use the anni mount upon my main.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

BH2 for 100+ has been a marketing ploy for account stash stones since it came out.
nein was a marketing ploy for packs.
gamble packs are just way to obvious to even talk about.
however something thats been chewing at me
there are no gamble packs in chinese version, because is china its illegal to entice children to gamble with real money. there are no same sex marriages in the chinese version because same sex marriage is a violation of some long standing societal norm.
pwi gets all their patches from PW in china. how come they can patch illegal stuff to us, but not socially unacceptable stuff?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

You do realize that they stopped transferring free Anniversary Mounts the first time because there were thousands of requests and it was interrupting their actual job duities.
You do realize that if you have multiple accounts, the cost of an account stash is pretty cheap... you can even share bound gear. Mine only cost around 5m cause I bought mine when gold was about 330k.

So use the mount on your main and give your alt one of your other mounts. Problem solved.

This doesnt apply to just PWE. Other businesses are exactly the same. McDonalds for example. They hand out coupons for cheaper goods. Then people come in and say McDs is being snake in order for people to purchase their goods. Like honestly, no likely? No purchase. You dont have to buy a stash stone, you dont have to buy from McDs. Me? I'm just going to NPC the second anni mount. I thought I was only going to get the garment and blessings and not the mount otherwise I wouldn't have clicked on the link. Ends up now I have 3 mounts, 1st anni mount, 2nd anni mount and a 9 tails which I use. I would gladly have given the 2nd mount away to someone who needs a 11m/s mount and can't afford it but as it is right now, I have to NPC it.

Ok, you apparently can't tell the difference between a scam and a gift. Let's say i was to give you a luxury yacht. Could you even afford to keep it? I mean, it's not just paying to have it sitting there in the marina, but there's maintenance and a freaking crew that you have to write paychecks for... Am i scamming you? Same thing with a summer home, or a club membership, or even a freaking pony...
If i was to give someone an iphone for a gift i would expect them to pay for their own dam carrier...
The mount is a free gift. If your main is not the highest char you've got on a server, then you may not be able to afford to have your char prance around in it. Just as you may not be able to afford a sports car irl even if someone gave you one as a gift.0 -

i don't recall pwi filed under 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code... but i do recall pwi is required by law to make a profit for its shareholders. if you are not happy with something... bring it up at the next shareholders meeting.1.
