To see if your game is in "full screen" pull up the settings before you enter the game. There is a bubble that says "Windowed" If there is a check in it, you are not in full screen. Uncheck and go from there. You can adjust your resolution at the same spot if need be.

That SummonobotXL (might be spelled wrong) in instances. I first noticed him in FB79 at Stygean. That one appears after you kill the 3 mobs in a line just inside Stygean's room.
