the reflect skill is around 15 20 mill for that price i would rather save up coins and just buy a herc considering when prices go down low for about 70 80 mill when it's on sale,even if u put all the skills of a herc on a glacial it will never have the stamina and stats of a herc that's my advice to you, hope it helps…
