I went to the Direct x9 website that I found in one of those posts, and it told me that I already have the latest version. I'm going to submit a ticket and hope that someone on the PWI end can figure out what's going on. Thanks for the help everyone, and I hope the rest of you get your problem fixed.

I think I'm having a similar problem. I choose the "elementclient" shortcut and it opens, but it does not automatically link to my server... It does not have a list of servers to connect to. I've been having the same problems updating... It stops at the elementskill.d11 patch, and both of the updates online are having problems. Has anyone been able to update past this point?
