I personally think the big problem here is exactly that. lvls 20 - 30 are huge in that for a lot of classes, this is the first big grinding point in the game, and in that a lot of people seem to quit around these lvls, and The lag in Arch I'm sure does not help the cause but then again, this could just be my thinking
