Yea Rollback isn't the best option but you think the engineers will check 1 by 1 and remove orbs and reduce refines ? consider an average of 100k players per server .... So I don't think practically checking 1 by 1 is possible .

If there is a rollback they dont have to cash back who have charged zen in last 24 hours but there is always the purchase history(pwi zen charge page) which i am sure wont get rolled back as its different from Game database ..... Using that GM's can always refund the zen ... transferred . And for people who are concerned…

if someone got lets say 100 orbs he can + 10 like 10 peices from + 0 the ocean works for all refines up to 10 if u didnt know .......
