All Server Issues [Resolved]

We are aware of the issue and are getting it checked out. I'll update once I hear more.

Update: East Coast/EU servers should be up now.

Update 2: Looks like they're down again. We're trying to figure out what's going on. Looks like it's internal this time.

Update 3: It looks like the servers are still down, which is why you're getting the "version is too low" error". We're reaching out to China right now and will try to have it fixed asap. Worst case scenario is it gets fixed during the maintenance. Best case is they fix it before maintenance.

Update 4: All servers are fixed now, so you should be able to log in before maintenance.

    Its normal for servers to sometimes go down, Dont worry, we understand and appreciate that you are trying your beast to resolve the problem.

    Also Morai server too seems to be similarly down/having issues

    Are you aware that Morai is now also down ?

    And we can't write it on EU forum since it is down as well :p

    No, Arc going down is usually an internal issue and sometimes doesn't affect everyone (it's weird like that)

    This issues usually stems from our Boston data center, which is why it affects East Coast servers and not West. Not sure why EU is down though, so we're trying to find that out.

    If this can help, french's forum (which is now morai's one) is down as well and french server is down for Swordsman (but not EN nor DE). I can't say if this can be related or not though.

    how many hours need to fix the problem ?? I think this is time for you to hire someone competent to administer the server. is always the same servers having problems

    Morai is up and running again, and in time for the midnight dailies. Bit laggy still, but if the server was reset or something, that's to be expected.

    I haven't read anything about what's up with the East servers but, now it's the West servers having issues?

    I logged in like 10mins ago without problem, but as soon as I logged in, I DCd. Which I then tried to log back in and get the pop up saying "Your current client program version is low. Please exist and update." I was like wtf... but I exit and attempted to update Arc. I even clicked "about arc" in Arc, then clicked check for updates and there was none. I was up to date. So... what's up?

    Nvm, I guess you guys just killed Arc completely or something.
