    It seems to be an ARC problem not a server problem (cause I don't think theyre related but I could be wrong) because the servers are all online but ARC pages wont load

    If you guys sign out Arc, and tries to log back in, it says:

    The Arc Server encountered an internal error. Please wait a moment and try logging in again.

    So, it's not the servers, its Arc b:surrender

    ok I got into the game again but its telling me client version is too low.

    +1 , it crashed, no biggie, but when i went to get back in, said my client version is too low, please update......wtf?......its not Wednesday?b:cry sigh.......i'll try back in a bit.....b:sad

    I have to say....since sparkiesoft became CM at least we see someone actively keeping us up to date and helping with stuff. Thanks a lot sparkie for being on the ball.

    If its internal, you might want to get better programmers.... I know chinese to american conversion can be hard, but using google translator with programing probably wont help fix the problem b:shutup

    Internal? oh boy qq... well that would explain the "your client is too low" message, considering tonight's maintenance was a server restart only, no?

    Why are PWI's servers so poor? In other MMO's with NA servers I get 220-260 ping from Australia yet on PWI it's 500-800 ping.

    I can't believe you guys are so bad at keep servers up. If I get a freaking penny for every-time your severs crash id be freaking richer then bill gates. I feel bad for people who pay for this game for all the chaos its not worth it. I 2 times in 1 day it crashes 21 disconnects and now arc issues as well. W.T.F not to mention Arc Internal Error that's some serous ***** if you ask me not to be mean but dam this is parity nuts last time I logged in all my toons where dead and now again... b:angry for 1 day Id love to see no lag or no diconections or etc. and that stupid ARC always banks my PC whats up with that...

    The only thing we should get free is an absentee card, hypers and other items we lost not being able to log in. Enough of the free orb talk.

    They are talking about only east coast and EU servers. Do they realize the west coast servers are down as well b:surrender

    Yes, we realize it's all servers. I'll update the thread to reflect that. As for the newest update, it looks like the servers are still down, which is why you're getting the "version is too low" error". We're reaching out to China right now and will try to have it fixed asap. Worst case scenario is it gets fixed during the maintenance. Best case is they fix it before maintenance.

    I don't use arc and the darn thing is still saying client to low..
    Checked and the servers show as up but west coast still don't work

    We were all kicked of the Heavens Tear server and can not get back on. Says wrong version. Talking to many people from that server.

    Just shut down servers now and take care of both at the same time?
