Titles System: Seal: HarshLands & Others

im standing at the taichi shore and want to complete the questline to get the title "Master of Balance" but i cant challenge the thing

im standing next to the pond or next to the little island and the title scroll blinks and the title-popup pops up, but in the title-menu i cant challenge it since its greyed

Does anyone know when the item "Strange Leaf" spawns for this one? I've literally tried 2-3 times a day for over a week, and it's never there. Is it something at only spawns once after maintenance due to a bug/glitch much like the scarecrow title quest bug? Does it have a spawn timer of 30 minutes? An hour? 24 hours? A week?

Probably bugged since we havent heard from any that completed it. Hopefully it will be fixed in next patch.

i got originia river completely done and widows coast also completely

i flew towards the chiefs grave from the river and it popped up near the ruins close to the tan box

Thank you for the replies, I was able to do Originia through to completion. And I dunno how I missed getting the other one to work. I goofed somewhere.

So just Emerald Dragon Gulf seems to not be working.

It's not a pop up from what I recall. Look on the ground by the water for antidote that you dig.

After
(vi) Pick up the next quest from the last position (426 740). Kill 10 'Native Vipion'. [Hell Wraith]
go back to Apothecary Chien Yue' (426 740) again to get pop out then (445 738) to dig antidote potion
