    1. Private servers have their own developers. PWI is rented from Wanmei in China. Our local dev's don't make any changes to the code.

    2. Private servers don't have hundreds of thousands of users. At best, the biggest ones may have a few thousand.

    PWi devs are not allowed to fix errors in the games code ?

    Some private servers have much more then you mentioned. Much much more... Also some of them dont look like ghost towns ;)

    Some are, well other then the patches that clearly fail and/or dont work.

    Ticket well yeeeah. Last time i tried that i waited for weeks for an answer that

    A: wasnt correct, so i waited even more for a new one
    B: i got a new answer that again wasnt correct as the person who did the ticket didnt read what i posted
    C: So in the end (my last years anniversary problem) i got my anniversary gift two times, for two years ... Last year and the year before that. SO i guess time stood in one place for me.

    Also if they dont know their game doesnt work then lol ... Idk man ;)

    is that ENGLISH OR ENGRISH? i can barely understand what u meant, plz use google.com/translator if u can't type write and express what u want.

    Sigh....i use to be pretty proud playing this game, now its just embarrassing with weekly errors and a rollback even if it fixes errors would **** off every gamer that actually plays the game.b:surrender

    That is correct. Usually they will report the issue to the Wanmei dev's, who will then look into it. Which is largely why it takes so long for something as simple as the PvP in Secret Passage to get fixed. I mean, that was 4 bytes of code in the config file for the map. Change code, restart map.

    Yeah its pretty sad and what is worse, pw is one of the easier games to maintain as most problems i ever saw was in the configuration files.

    Probably got someting to do with license from wanmei, PWE only allow to distribute their games and not tinkering with config files.

    I've also noticed that most of the server problem started since PWI move to new server to anticipate the next update.
