    Why the Server Status says DW: online

    whats the point of that page anyways if its always wrong .. f:scared remove it..we don't need it

    actually if you close your client and open it back up, you will see that theres nothing but lines goin through ping/population lol.

    They should of made an announcement in a new thread explaining themselves and the problem and maybe even updated it from time to time. Make it easy to find by making it a sticky...oh wait that would require them to give a damn and to give us a thought! My bad, thinking...why would they even try that. >eye roll<

    I do highly think they should hire some CSR(Customer Service Reps) for problems like these. but...thats just my opinion.

    Along with some Customer Service Reps, they should also hire a couple of IT guys. You know, ones with training. And experience.

    Agreed! It's almost 3pm EST and it only took them all day to fix this issue...someone should replace the people they have and hire someone that is trained to do the job right.
