    Im more peeved off by lack of notes from the people in charge as well. Its been quite many hours without even a nod from them saying they aknowledge the problem.

    this is getting to be about stupid. i can finally log into the game and still no toons to choose. wonder if i will be able to play when i get back from school at 11 pm. western time?

    A 3 h SIMPLE maint .. turned into 12 hours one .. and still "investigating". And i bet there will be no compensations also for this... Oh wait there is one: DQ system taken out, some prepaid cards not working, lag, annnndd events not starting on time. YAY

    PWI...

    It's now 2:02 pm EST which is server time. Your maintenance started at 2 am EST (serer time). This was just to be a restart and it's been so far a 12 hour long maintenance. I question what if anything you are fixing. It's common conception on Dreamweaver server that the pwi staff in the US don't actually DO anything just blind update servers given from bundles sent over from China....At this point peps this "maintenance" is just proving this theory. Login no longer givers "server network error". I m able to log into my account but am given a blank character selection screen and a message "unable to retrieve character list". There is some minimal improvement. I severely suggest if you continue to utilize bundles shipped from China that you transfer several of your Chinese techies to the US so we can have smoother transitions of uploads and maintenance. Otherwise I recommend you sell your product to another company who shows more interest in taking care of your client base. To date your customer service is lacking in every aspect and your product is now approaching a major fail of epic proportions.
    Are you interested in maintaining your product?
    Are you interested in maintaining a loyal client base?

    Simple questions that just require an honest answer. After 42 pages and not 1 single staff entry I question how much you truly care. Do everyone here a small favor...Answer with some status updates at the very least you owe your client base that.

    Not sure why I bother here anymore...

    I feel where you're coming from and agree.. It's pointless to really post anything. It's only my love for the people I know in the game that I haven't deleted this from my system .. YET!!!!!!!.. I won't take much more of this though.. I have my limits and there are other games I can drag them into

    Hey everyone,

    The east coast servers experienced an outage that we are still investigating the cause of. As of right now, they are back up, however Dreamweaver is still experiencing difficulties. I will keep you all updated on when it becomes stable.
    There a lot of other information in that thread too in the early pages.
    Make me a GM ill freaking answer people on forums all day with status updates as i get them ijs. And im on all day pretty much everyday...ijs...check my log ins GMS..xD
    Feel free to Apply for a position.
    You'll have to be able to go into the office in Cali, and you won't likely be paid for working outside of the M-F 8:30am-5pm shift.
    When you are working, you'll be swamped with so many things, you won't have time to touch a client or peruse the forums.

    Yea... I realize fixes can take a while sometimes, but seriously no word about what the hell is going on? That is just really sad... usually you could find a post or something about it, even one that isn't satisfactory... but at least telling us you all are aware of it, and at least trying to fix it... is SOMETHING. (Far better even than the silence we have all recieved.)

    Your words and actions are speaking to us, but NOT in a good way,... I guess that is just par for the course... especially with how little we have felt listened to as of late, there was a small glimmer of hope... but I think you all are ruining what little faith you regained in the past few months.

    An update/acknoledgement of the issue by SOMEONE (who knows why this issue is taking place... IE a game moderator/admin... not forum mods/other players) would be extremely nice right about now.

    EDIT: My bad appears I didnt go back far enough... but still another new update about the issue would be nice. IJS. :$

    They did post something... under the East Coast Servers:Server Network Error, its in page 19.... so you cant say they havent said anything, cuz they did..just took them forever to do so x.x
