    Out of curiousity has anyone tried submitting a ticket and gotten a redirection loop so bad they cant even get into the support tab?

    Why not do this anniversary as the anniversary of last year, im an user from hotmail and im no getting any email, please try to be fasters on this :D

    Wel... This is kinda annoying making people have a lot of work for gifts...
    i have no email code , and cant submit ticket cuts it seems broken...would apreciat if u guys fix it, its unfair when people allready have it and others don't :surrender

    I sent one last night, however i know how games are and with as many tickets being sent in i don't expect a reply right away or even next day. however if your sending 2 tickets from the same account for the same issue your just messing yourself up because every time you put in a new ticket it pushes your name to the bottom of the pile.Prb should wait.


    however my box is checked and i haven't got a email but it could because i sent my ticket in at 4 am edt. XD

    I submitted a ticket to get my email changed because I cannot access the one assigned to my account anymore, so how much longer is it going to take for the email change request to be approved. Because I would hate it if my anniversary gift code got sent to an email that I can't access anymore.

    To be honest i sent in a request to get my email changed 2 months ago and never heard anything. I'm assuming they are sending the email change emails to the account you cannot access anymore which i have been hearing this also from other players. I was however lucky enough to get into my locked account but if your account is locked emails cannot be sent to it anyways.

    pwi prob though this way the ani would be easier lol but they get spammed with tickets now i hope they get a lot of work of it by changing the system lolb:laugh

    on one acct I got the fashion no mount... another I got mount and no fashion... my husband and son never even got codes b:surrender

    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    WEll i have a 4 year and 5 year account. Naither of them have gotten a Code atm and im kinda dissepointed since i normaly allways get it in time and i been playing for 5 years. :(
    Im kinda dissepointed how sloppy Pwi have gotten with the years.
    Anyways I will wait till monday to send you guys a ticket for my 2 accounts i have running and playing on to see if I get a code during the weekend.
    Please fix this. :)

    why making it difficult this year by emailing the gift. All previous year we just got the reward through in-game mail.

    i said GM make it right for all players by send the approriate gift through in-game mail like previous years. so what if some got it twice. Its your mess fix it and make it right for all others who have patiancely supporting you in this game. instaed of wasting all the times trying to process the tickets. will prolly save you times. Either way not gonna sub ticket, some email on my alt acct got **** up by ISP. Even if i change the email, verification mail to previous email on acct which i cant access, so its a *** *** either way. all i can said is make it right for those who standby you on all ur mistake and still havent said 1 negative thing about.

    Dear Perfect World,
    I have been a member for a year now but I did not register in September i registered in a different month, Does that mean i wont get anything ?! It has been still a year which means I am supposed to get the blue dog mount. I have not yet received an email not even in spam folder and it is almost Sunday, and from what I have read we are supposed to receive these emails by the end of this week, well its almost the end of this week and I did not get anything yet. Please someone reply, its important ! Thank you :(

    Hey PWI I have been a member for 1 year not 2 why you sending me fashion ?! I am supposed to get the blue dog mount not the fashion. Wrong code ! PWI you have to watch what codes your giving out to what players. You gave the me the wrong code. Please fix this I wanted the dog mount not the fashion, you gave me the wrong code ! You gotta do something about this. >_< I need a different code.
