    I would have said client but when the eastern servers came up, ppl who couldn't get in suddenly could, with no mention of having to get a patch.

    How is it then that i can log onto a server from 1 account then when i try 2nd account on the same server i cant get on just tried it now.

    i know thats what makes this so confusing, i have been waiting all day to get on and my friend tlsh gets on her first try but i know 10 other people who cant get on + why is it taking so long for west to get up if east only took 20 minutes?

    Me again...

    I've tried to log my cleric's account on Morai and couldn't enter but when i tried to log her account on Heaven's Tear on West server i got in right away because i logged into the account earlier today. Tried it out with a few accounts, so it's really strange. b:sad

    ok i cant get in game says server is online but i get sever/net issue when i try to log in when are you going to fix this? some of us have limited times in which we are able to play and id like to knw if im going to be able to play tonite or should i just not bother as apparently you still havent fixed this issue from this morning

    Server-side issue that's either related to your account in some way or is just random and happened to let you in when you tried with one account and not with the other.

    We don't know what the issue is, exactly, so we can't really explain this stuff with any sort of certainty.
