    Picking up no cata would be their best choice to try, Vindicate is unbeatable at this stage. Even if it results that the defending faction wins it's still the best chance they have to make it last for a bit. They did **** try...

    thats a stupid excuse, only those who had pampered themselves ina big comfy faction for a long time, would think like that. If that logic was true, then all small to medium factions in the past would never have picked up a cata. ever.

    best way to have a longer TW? While I disagree (4 sacrificial catas still better then 0 imo), I think thats what they were going for.

    I would love to see a strong 'coalition' faction emerge w/ the sole purpose of challenging vindi (it just means they <3 us that much). plus 15 min tws are boring, last tw i literally just charged into base iged drop ultis died, chi up and repeat. I could have played much better but there wasn't any need to... id love to try a TW where vindi has no charms or we have to escort 10/20 lvl 1 pandas to enemy crystal but, 1) take too much work to organize 2) prob some1 get banned for something or other xD

    anyways idk what has been discussed but im guessing near 0% of what has been is either relevant or needed for this topic. i doubt anything like what was originally being suggested would occur but if it does great.

    the positive side to losing TW is that it weeds out the garbage. while that's a bit harsh, and leaving is not the sole determining factor, it does help to see who was really there for the faction and who was just their for the ride.

    yeah LG "tried" to win an offensive TW by not pulling catas, half of them also left the TW when we got into their base. Its the best way to win tw, not pull cata, and leave LOLOLOL

    We didn't even have enough barb signups to buff everyone in the instance.. it was our best instance to keep everyone fully buffed try and get our ground, push out a little then send suicide catas or squads. Rather than wipe in the first push because half of your members have the psychic buffs anyway we always know you will be strongest in the first 20 minutes or so.

    I don't understand how this is an issue in TW, it was our attack but if we send catas to the base and they get trolled by a few wizzies who have insta channeling thats 4 barbs we don't have buffing 4 squads in tw... That was over half the amount of squads in the TW.

    Again, we didn't plan on having poor signups but it happened so we worked with what we had... Whether we pull or not at the beginning of a TW states whether it's a fake bid or not is the same as if a faction that is lower than another bids on another faction with the intention of winning and loses is a fake bid... Simply ridiculous. If that was the case then no one would bid at all against the current more powerful faction.

    Pretty much takes out the whole challenge aspect of TW, we only have permission to get attacked and cannot attack them ourselves? Completely ridiculous.

    We have tried base races before and we won a few of those, but since Vindicate calls code red if they don't have a lead on the crystal it's not a scare tactic anymore. We used to be able to sneak by them or they used to under estimate us or something.

    Didnt you yourself state that sign ups suck against vindicate? and knowing your sign ups suck you somehow "didnt know" that there were going to be low sign ups lol? So why even bother bidding if you already know ppl are not going to show up since you already gave up the fight knowing you would lose.

    We can usually fill up or can be close to 70-80 with replacements we were closer to 60 for the first time last week. Usually on the day of TW we get a chunk more signups but it didn't happen last week. 10 people is a huge difference in TW, hope that clears it up for you.

    Plus we're the only faction at the moment that stands a chance against Vindicate, simply not attacking doesn't solve anything.

    attacking and not pulling cata's might as well not even attack.

    The intention was to defend a little until we got ground. Not to go the entire TW without pulling.

    Even Vindicate in the past hasn't pulled cata in the first push against Legendary. Everyone has done it, I don't really understand why this time it invokes a different reaction except for the fact that we weren't able to completely defend the first push. There was no predicting that.

    Plus with that logic then whoever gets the advantage then any other TW faction should just give up, so any other attack on said faction is fake bidding? Just doesn't seem right.

The subject is not bash whatever faction because of how they bid, how they played, etc. Since I seemed to have been unclear last time, the topic is discussing how to get TW back to being more interesting, one tactic being posted in the OP.     Honestly making a faction just to attack one other particular faction is kinda silly.
    It would be better for all the TW factions just do their best to make themselves stronger so there is a variety of names on the board and more challenges for everyone.

    TW is a very small part of the whole game picture, and people prefer to be with their friends anyway, so a manufactured guild wouldn't last unless it had big support from a large number of well geared and experience people. The people who could make this idea work are already loyal to the factions they're in now.

    Besides, soon people will be doing what always happens with a map reset, shuffling all over the place, so who knows who will return where in the end.

    Yep, clearly a mature and serious reply right there.

    Also, some factions currently on the map don't care about TW that much to ever join such a movement. And the people in there that do usually have a char in a big serious TW fac anyway.

    That would get you no-where. It would destroy a perfectly good community, where people love and have fun inside.

    If you decide to make what you call a "Super faction", then a community will also be formed and people will want to stay. This would cause that "Super faction" to be the #1 faction. And it would just be a repetition of that, there would be no real teamwork, just a shoddy community of good R999 players.

As much as you try and try again and again Legendary will always survive why? Because Vindicate is like a joke to most of us, yeah we get annoyed at you guys but in the end the main people who keep it going will always keep iit going.
