    Obviously in the spirit of the game and the makers intention--I'm geussing they didn't expect anyone to be running the flag in 20-30 seconds. If they did, they probably would have allowed use of the genie and also not bothered with a speed debuff. I think the initial idea was that the flag carrier could not do it solo with a small group of people racing after him, maybe even hitting him to no effect.

    It would not hurt anything at all if the fastest possible flag cap was like a minute, so as to make sure that the tema with the flag makes an effort to defend it and the team trying to kill it can actually get there in time to do battle and maybe even bring a friend or two.


    Disabling apothecary would definitely fit the "spirit" of the game as the genie is already diabled. If you can't use your genie then it makes sense that you can't drink or potion or eat herbs.


    The holy path as the flag is dug is clearly not intended and is an obvious exploit. I don't know how it should be fixed, but it should.

    hmm holy path is used while digging the flag so really dont know how they could fix that, unless they genie is disabled whyle digging

    just saying capping the flag should be more difficult, its too easy right now

    If there is 3rd cast r9s everywhere... and you obviously can't kill them. Why are you still here? Just step aside so my comp doesn't have to render you and possibly lag people like me when we kill them.

    Third cast jades are a ***** to kill... but I have yet seem a single one who doesn't run for their life when they get the flag.

    Most people are just dumb. If they cannot stop my almost full T3 18,5k HP demon barb with **** refines and almost all demon skills they cannot stop any stronger players either.

    I just use holy path, shadow binder powder and "sneak ways", in other words run from places where others don't. I also jump A LOT, use violent triumph and ask archer for a possible alacrity. Work done. They immobilize me at times but seem not to even try to get me 1 shot or something. Sigh. I just triumph and continue running.

    Soporific whisper doe not work through antistun. Also, the purify proc doesn't just make you immune to stun/sleep/immobilize (whisper, mountain seize, sage pitfall, sage dragon's breath, etc), it makes you immune to ALL movement debuffs (pitfall, glacial snare, gush, BIDS). You can use spatial/tactical reversion though. I use it all the time when I find an enemy digging the flag. They holy path out of the pit only to be teleported right back into the pit where they started, having wasted their 1 shot at holy path with the flag.

    as people have noted, maybe in other threads, there seems to be a turn in timer on flag, where you cant turn it in for the first 30 seconds or something, if people are using too much speed to get to the turn in, which makes it impossible to catch them, then the timer on turn in can be increased a little.

    the problem is lack of coordination, and too much directionless open PK. you have to have front line people to compete for grabbling the flag, defensive people to halt opponent flag carriers, and a person or two guarding the goal.

    have you ever watched a soccer game where the goalie and 80% of the field team is running around in circles playing grab-***? how do you think another team would do against a team like that?

    Your full of sht. I'm full 2nd cast R9, refined to +8 on my gear, no shards, wep refined to +11. Got +10 Cube neck, +10 sky cover, +10 Matchless wings with 4 primevals and every demon barb skill book, 27k hp. I get stopped easily by other R9 toons, even with me using pots. Once you have people stunning back to back, and multiple mage or archers hitting you, it's a wrap. Your going down. Multiple stun, multiple HF, your not lasting. jumping does not help one bit. Once someone has you tabbed, whether you jump or swim, if a shot can reach you or a stun, you can be taken down if other toons are in the area. Where on any map do you run that no one goes. Your comment is fubar.

    If you haven't notice... it seems that r9s only die on HT. On every other server they are so OP that no one can stop them.

    Yea... I guess thats true. Stuff is so stale on lost city that it might as well be a pve server. None of the lost r9s know how to use their toons... which is probably why they can't manage to get an equal gear kill. Which is great for you guys... once someone gets r9... s/he will never die.

    So let me get this right, you are a pure strength archer. You use alacrity for antistun and dodging etc then sprint up to them with the speed you get from alacrity and wail on them with dual swords. Right?
    And if they do something shady that you use genie to respond defensively.

    Is this somewhat right? Like vaguely correct?
    Can you take down rank 9 wizards like this?

    First Off 5-10k pre hit non crit as a dual sword elf I believe your just full of your self or someone been playing a Private server to long

    Frost wouldn't work because it's a regular slow. The only reason stormrage works is it's a unique debuff. This is why stormrage's slow will also affect bosses when those are usually immune to control skills.

    for someone who is so pro you only have 3.9 at kill/death ratio, with i guess most of your stuff +12?

    and i can kill R9s, even ones with way higher refines than i have, dont be that full of yourself, show me a vid where you kill a R9RR+12 jaded caster as easily as you say plz i wanna see

    I was Kiyo's TW squad leader for a few years. Most useful person in my squad. Can function as a BM or archer or sin, and he never dies. b:victoryb:laugh

    I can't decide which is funnier, the rubes on Lost City or the noob who can't work as a team from Dreamweaver.

    Kiyo one shot me in TW and he wasn't even in the instance.

    From your pervious posts regarding nerfing carrier's defense and what not... its pretty clear that you and your buddies have trouble killing and stopping r9 carriers. And now you claim that you can kill "R9s, even ones with way higher refines". All in all you can kill r9s just fine, but not when they have the flag. In fact, it doesn't seems like you are any sucessiful at even stopping/slowing r9 carriers. If you are so successful at killing r9s... why can't you stop them... last time I check dead r9s don't move or carry flags. Unless of course you are killing motionless r9s.

    And for god's sake... if you guys would spend a bit less time complaining about r9 this r9 that... and actually get out and play the game. You would maybe... just maybe realize that you can level your apo skill level pass what was the limit from 3-4 years ago. And hopefully one would you might even stumbble upon the morai special mats thats littered across half of morai... and dig it. Walk (or even fly) your *** down to blighted garden... and make the damned attack charm that ignores def level upon use.
