If I spent all those years watching me and proski have fun rockin the server, sitting in cat shop till I felt "safe" behind better gear than just about everyone, and then noone pk'd anymore, and the map resetting several times a year made TW at the upper factions a waste of time, hey, I might be honked off too.

But then again, I would never be such a loser to do that in the first place, lol. You want to be me so badly, have what I had for so long, all you have to do is start playing the game for fun and stop playing it for ego. That is all.

To answer your question:

-fraud TWs in Nemesis, which are well documented

-1 shotting 3x toons in secret passage and 7x toons at west gate, also documented - they got screenies,

-not to mention assembling with other r9 and bidding on lower tier factions that have barbs in tt99 gear vs your rank 9 +12, also documented on these very forums (ty to Aeon and her posts).

TIP: Don't ask a question to which you don't really want the public to hear the answer.

And not just that - I got the majority of my kills with tt99 weapon +10 vs your r9 +12 - I haven't actively done tw on my wizard in almost a year now - virtually retired. I drag him outta his wheel chair the few times whenever there is a decent tw battle somewhere on the map where I can join the losing side and make for a more competitive match up.

So you keep building your numbers, bub, if that makes you feel good.

Nahtkuul, Cable, meatbunz, Mango, me. ALL CASHSHOPPERS. Maybe not as hardcore as the next but all of us did.

I have played PW for 3 - no almost 4 years now, I remember all those players, probably gone on to other chars as we all have. I agree totally, the new "wave" of players dont have a clue, I had an archer on DW server, we didnt have hypers and reflective shards etc etc, it was hard GRIND that got us to 100, (the cap back then) so, when some one dinged in wc "Ding 100!" the congrats came from all over the game, and we all meant it to. The drama is way beyond believeable now and the Rank stuff, ok makes ur player big and red and powerfull, but hey, what happened to tactics etc ? what happened to playing the game its not all about leveling you know.

The old school talk will invariably happen because society is in a post modern era. We're feeding off of the old, the "what we had back then". You can't really blame anyone-there's been enough time spent by some long time players that they're now in this "oh back in the good old days" because there's a bench mark set now from what they can reference as "the past". But there's a difference between the "back in the good old days" and griping and complaining/holding grudges.
