Obviously it won't "solve" everything, though It could possibly solve some things as aps+blood paint took over boss tanking/healing easily.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

um...or change aps calculation or cap.
If PWI 5.0 will roll back to PWI 2.0, the game would be a lot different- Every farmable material price will go up.0 -

False. Archers can solo / duo Nirvana with just an HP charm.
Bloodpaint just enables easy-mode. Removing it would merely separates those who know how to drink potions from those who do not.0 -
lmao why would the removal of bloodpaint be any of your concern - not only does it benefit sins, but think of the bms and seekers who can also use this buff and of course the sage version is very beneficial R9 or not-- ooh just seen what server youre on....... nuff said b:laughb:laugh0

Bloodpaint, although is fun to have for a Sin, Bm, Seeker or Barb does help a lot depending on damage u do. Can make these almost obsolete :
- Crab meats
- Reviving saps of death from divine (Although those heal also mana)
- Limp Poultice fo death (Hp pots from divine)
- Any lvl of Hp pots
- Any lvl of Hp recovering Apocetary pots
Makes some people go "careless" too..
"Hey I have bloodpaint on and a hp charm and that's magic mobs, who cares !! BP will heal me and if not in time, charm will tick !!! Cancel opponent's casting or reduce channeling, wth is that ?? "
Just take a very average damage everyone at lvl 100+ should be able to do with very low refines.. 5k, with sage BP, u heal 3% per hit, so 150. If u are just 2.5 aps let's say..That's 450 hp per sec of healing, beats any kind of healing pots by a large margin..
Now just think those hitting 10k+ contantly and just take lvl 10 BP, would make 200 per hit.
At a low 1 Aps (True tank barbs with axe let's say..), u still heal more in 10 secs then a regular lvl 90 Hp pot. (u heal 2k instead of 1880). If u are 3 Aps, in 3.3 secs or so, u heal more then those pots. And wont even speak about 5 aps.. It's like using a instant pot each sec.. And people continue to say the skill mixed with APS ain't OP and the main trouble that made barbs not tank anymore ??
Now take in mind I used 10k damage as exemple. We all know people can hit a lot more then that, take a 50k damage (sparked or not, with amps or not), with lvl 10 BP ?, that's 1k healing PER HIT. if u are 5 aps and do that damage, it's full heals on a normal sin, each sec...

You're basing this off EVERY sin NOT knowing their class. You would be surprised at how many that do. If it weren't for bloodpaint, I wouldn't be able to solo TT, well noone would be able to. Maybe they're **** because they can't find squads who'll invite them to farm bc they're not needed? Also, my 17k mag attack is not ****!!! D=0 -

Nah it's still possible to solo TT charmless without BP. You just need better gear than most of the sins out there with **** TT99.
There used to be a holy trinity in MMO of healer - tank - DD. In PWI it was pretty clear which was which, cleric was healer, barb was tank, everyone else DD + support.
When 5aps became widespread tank was removed from the triangle because now your damage dealers were tanking. You still needed a healer in most cases so still needed cleric.
With sins they added BP so now the DD+Tank super class could become healer too.
The holy trinity has completely collapsed and now game play has been reduced to a 0 dimensional dot. BP doesn't help gameplay. It wasn't needed before and it's not needed now.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

If you really want to make BP less of an effective tool to Melee classes, you could just have it only heal with skills instead of auto-attack. It's the way a "true" MMO should be. Barbs have a few new agro skills though with this expansion.. One true one (that i forgot name) that "Greatly generates Threat " , one usuable only in PvP (like wth ?), and prehistoric blood that will help them keep damage up a bit.. 8% wep damage per hit they take up to 20 (or 30 times), will make sage barbs be able to hit full damage in Tiger, and demon ones hit "as if they were using one spark" for a short time...
Hope this balances things out and that the Trinity comes back...Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle0 -

I didnt say it was easy but it is possible to do it without charm or BP. Charmless soloing wouldn't be removed from the game, but the requirements would go up.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
