    Because we got a much easier access to Rank 9.

    They will probably find some way around the whole thing, eventually. Like adding the tokens to packs at 0.001%.

    I'm not sure that they have that implemented either. I know aste saw that on the test server but *shrug*.

    im looking at it all over again and the increase stats in R9 is totally lame compared to the price they gave us ><

    HT's jimbo (barb) recasted his hammer yesterday, got +31 attack, accuacy% range and +attack lvl, ill try to hunt down the recasts and post them

    It'll probably be out in like a few months, after a few people charge thousands of $ to get it. If I recall correctly, they put out R9 for a month or two before bringing out the 90% sales lol.

    Then again before the rep sales, even Rank 8 was considered way too expensive for what it gave you and only a few handful of people had it. And then the sales cut it down to 1/7th of hte price and now Rank 8 is about as common as TT99.

    And besides, pretty much any change in PWI will always be met with tons of haters. Tideborn? QQsins! Earthguard? QQclericsareuseless! Nirvana? QQttisuseless! Rank9? QQicantwinanymore! Blood Theater? QQigetpwnd! New GUI? QQifeelawkward! Genies made less OP with free resets? QQmygenieisuseless!

    They cut it down way to much and now the sale seems perm for months on end. As I've said for months now, the marketing team has killed this game not the chinese developers.

    Well, the one thing that the GMs have said that actually is true is that the player communities in PW-CH and here are very different.

    Chinese MMORPG players are rather famous for being extremely resilient when it comes to grinding, whereas just about every game that is a bit grindey gets torn to pieces in the west. For example, take Final Fantasy XIII. People made a huge deal about how getting the Platinum Trophy, which only gets you theme on your PS3 with no in-game advantages or perks, requires tons of grinding. And it's even more ridiculous when you realize that said "tons of grinding", consists of killing a single mob, seeing what it drops and resetting your PS3 depending on whether you got the good drop or not.

    Also, the whole idea of bringing a cash shop to a game that is aimed at capitalistic community will never work. Even if you intend for it to be for small convenience tingles like charms and pretty things like fashion or mounts, eventually everyone will want to try to see how they'd do if they actually sold gear in the boutique. And it always works. And because it works, once you go there, you don't go back.

    Personally, I don't really mind anymore. I've managed to survive through the worst of their sales so far, some of them have even given me ridiculous amounts of profit via merchanting, like this pack mania thing we have going on right now.

    Yes they are correct both of our games are different, why? They don't hyper in FCC which removes a lot of the hyper baby idiots that play, they don't have pack sales so the crazy abundance of event items is limited, they don't have rep sales so everyone in the mother doesn't have even 1 piece of r9 let alone full sets on multiple characters. This game will never be balanced again because it would unbalance their game. They say they want to "balance" stuff and focus on that in an interview with one of the devs awhile ago, but our american server cultures are so different due to said things above we will never have a balanced PWI game again.

    99 la wrists -.1
    nirvana legs -.05

    r8 recast pants/wrists dont even get -int
    which means to get 3 peice bonus youd prob go chest/pants/boots and would need a minimum of -.05 on chest and -.05 on boots to have the SAME interval that you would get from the "standard build"

    -.05 on chest is 1.37% w/ 3 addons ~4%, so doable... kinda

    I am fully aware of all that. What I want is evidence of the 3 piece bonus, aka .1 interval bonus with 3 piece recasted. Base on the pcalc, there only a 2 and a 4 peice bonus, no 3. And also i hear some people ingame said there no interval in set bonus. Either they lying or the information on the OP is false.

    Same BM in that pick ALSO has the r9 reforged psy. So yes that's 14.6 bil just in recast stuff for 2 chars that he has. b:shocked

    That is database, sometime it is not what it is ingame. I guess im asking for screen shot of people who actually made set ingame. xd

    btw there is 100 hp different from OP vs database, is that a typo?

    It's gotten to the stage that anyone that has only normal Rank 8, Or TT99 is just going to get owned In TW. PWI are getting pretty greedy. So ok, yes you do the faction base quests to get these items. But even If you do finaly get 999 memorial coins, 299 whetstones, and 15 Ores. (Weapons mat requirments) You still got to gem, refine it. (Or refinement transfere) which costs anouther 100 Chie stones. Which go for roughly 1mil+ each. And that's just for the weapon. Then theres the amour (not even going to get started about this) For people like me that Can't make the factions trial times, or afford to waste real life money on the game, It's just to expensive. This is by far, the most expensive free game I have ever played. ijs is all. Not QQing, I'm just pointing it out. And speaking on behalf of all the people that are thinking the same thing as me. > . >

    You are completely wrong. Recast rank 8 is not that hard to accomplish. Trials are not that hard to get reward from, and in truth you barely have to help if you have a good active faction. Heck, sometimes you can basically afk an get reward. It is easier if you multi characters on two accounts in a couple different factions, but so is everything else in the game(with multi account/toon)

    As far as just buying it, well it is still new for there to be a great market built up to buy the stuff, but already the armor is relatively cheap to buy with coin-no gold needed. Regardless of random stats, it is easily compareable to the whatever gear in the game you consider best-that is not bought with gold.

    Yeah the refine transferr thing sucks and if you spent to highly refine your rank 8 then maybe recast isn't for you as by refining so high you sorta already made the decison to not try for anthing better. If your rank 8 is not already refined an gemed highly then the transferr thing is best ignored as for recast is garunteed to have the maximum sockets.

    Rank 8 recast is easy. Rank 8 recast w/ good stats, a very long shot.
