No fun tw's something needs to be done

Catalyst rolling everything on the map. Crimson taking land but otherwise not doing anything. Valhalla getting is butt kicked. Kylin regaining land but still needs more people. Lower level factions not moving.
I will say something and i know they wont listen or do it, but catalyst power over the map depends on you. You need to do something lose at least once in a while so fun tw's are not a far off memory. Most dont attack out you of fear and it is that fear that keeps these boring tw's going.
Being the best of zulu and holder of power why stand around with boring tw's? You claim you want stacked wars well why wait why not lose a few tw's here and there so you can have fun?
Now im not saying i want valhalla or crimson to take the map because they both dont need it or will of earned it. But must these wars keep up with no fun in sight? At this rate you will die of boredum in less than a few months.
If kylin, valhalla or crimson take your land it might spark the stacked wars and you have been playing long enough to see what happens to a faction when they start loseing lands. TW must be fun and to do that catalyst must lose once in a while.
It wont be because you guys are not good at tw. It wont be because they earned it. It will be so you can prevoke wars that might be fun.
Power is with you Catalyst its up to you if this is able to keep being fun. Is the legacy of what you have done made to die out slowly?
I know you wont do it, but if you lose wars once in a while maybe things would be more fun.
You have to lure them out of hiding and everyone here knows you can gain it all back at will.
You want fun wars but the power of getting fun wars has always been up to you.

Fun TWs for another ~8 weeks, then we're done.
Catalyst will start finishing off whoever's left. Only Kylin has proven to have competent leadership (not dissing the other's leadership (cept Val's (wait what leadership lol)), just saying Kylin has proven itself competent since we beat Val and they DEFINITELY outgear us), but it's a fact that Catalyst is far better geared and may very well have superior leadership aswell.
No one will flock to Kylin when ***** hits the fan because....well honestly I'm not sure why. The whole Crimson/Valhalla/Afterlife side of things seem to think Kylin is the devil for some reason, though I honestly don't recall Kylin ever providing a reason for this. Crimson and Kylin were rivals for a while, so that makes sense, but I don't think either side holds a grudge. Don't understand the Valhalla and Afterlife hate though. Either way, I just don't see any Crimson/Valhalla/Afterlife jumping ship to join Kylin, so then you have the leadership of one of those three in charge of countering Catalyst, which may not be ideal since Kylin has definitely proven to have the best leadership of the four.
So instead we'll probably see people flocking to the latter three with stacked wars. Wait, I just said stacked wars. That, to me, is already a problem. I don't want to partake in a boring stack with little to no competition, cept with a crystal sprint for 1-2 of them and a 5 minute war for whoever Catalyst attends. They'd remain 5 minute wars because none of those three have actually learned a darn. It's just like ganking: instead of learning to fend for themselves, they'd be relying on the gank. Succeed in holding back Catalyst or not, it'd be boring either way, and I doubt they'd ever manage to free up enough lands for it to be fun for OTHER guilds to attack them.
The only way this would be fun is if a guild legitimately worked up to be able to fight Catalyst on their own. Then people would have two powerful guilds they could join for fun TWs, and any third-wheel guilds might STILL get crystal sprints as Cata faces the others. Though those are boring, at least lands would slowly be freed up in the midst of the fun battles.
Two ways the game could stay fun?
1) For one, I hope Barba would plan on leaving a portion of the map for people to play with, or planning on disbanding when they take it. At least buy SOME time.
2) People need to put their differences aside and stack the best up in one guild, and ALL (and I mean ALL. Watchers, Omerta, Mayhem, Mafioso, CrimsonJr, Disorder, Stalkers, Deicide, BankaiGOD, GEO, Supremos, Insanity, Bloodline, NightOwls, Lothranis, FLEAU, Snorlax etc etc etc etc) the other scrub guilds need to make a pact and stack TOGETHER. Talk with each other, make a plan who bids where, and just keep doing so until the map is filled with color. If the community as a whole could take ~5 lands from Catalyst a week, then ***** would be golden.
For now let's have fun with the wars we've got (since I'm pretty sure Val not fond of us right now so it's not a good time to say "hey we need a plan lolz"), when the time comes and only one remains to oppose Cata then let's try to organize server-wide stacks, and if that fails then I ****ing quit until the map gets reset again.I AGOREY0 -
Thats the problem no one is willing to work together. Everyone hates or refuses to work with someone in this or that faction. But even with your number 1 option what change if catalyst disbands it will come back and the same things will repeat over and over.
But thats why catalyst may not like it may say everyone has no balls but they need to do something or forever have no fun.
Everyone wants fun tw's. No one will work together only complain how how much things suck. I think kylin might take catalyst in a fight but dont want to join kylin to help. Now fighting with kylin i have no probelm if it is fun and if kylin would commit everything they can to a good fight.Fail troll of harshlands0 -

Yep, and that's on all sides. Everyone's guilty of it. I'll admit that myself.
Valhalla and the rest hate Kylin, why? I don't know, they could probably tell you.
I myself? I'd be weary about teaching Valhalla how to TW. Why? Because these are the people that single-handedly friggin' ruined PK with their r9 +12 ganks. Ganks and such have and always will exist, but I do find it upsetting that PK when I was in Zulu was awful because of a collaborated effort by Wodan, Crimson, Mayhem Kylin etc. Even if it was frustrating, there were 5-6 Zulu who regularly PKed because we could always put a decent sized hole in their numbers, so it was still sometimes fun to see how well we could do. These guys though? They gank on their own. Sometimes Afterlife comes too. And it's never fun. EVER. If you kill one, five more show, all better geared than you. If you make an effort to try and kill ONE before the gank overwhelms you? The one you target will just ****ing ironguard like a tool while the rest gank you. There's being competitive, and then there's ****ing ridiculous and flat-out unreasonable. Crimson vs. Zulu was the same, except Crimson weenies would just kite back while the others ganked. Valhalla takes it a whole step further in that there's literally NOTHING you can do. Your only choice is to waste ironguards too, which are quite expensive, JUST to try (you might fail anyways) and kill that ONE person, and I for one find it ridiculous to make cash a requirement to PK, which should be a fun activity that anyone can take part in the moment they log in.
And yet, despite how much money they've spent on this game, we're beating them. How are we beating them? Experience. We see and know things they don't, and they can't quite seem to figure them out. I view our experience as having a price and a value, though in many cases, I'd be willing to share it for free. In Valhalla's case though? I'm worried about how they'd use such experience. If we did all the thinking for them and taught them all the ropes, they'd use it to continue ruining PK, and probably ruin TW as well. If these guys had the experience Catalyst has + the funding they have? We'd have a whole new problem on our hands. With Valhalla, for me, it's a matter of a lesser of two evils, and I'm not quite convinced Valhalla is less "evil" than Catalyst. I have nothing against them personally and I'm sure they're fine gents, but I hate their play style with a passion. They're basically forcing a playing fee upon the server in that you have to CS if you hope to compete with them, but luckily this isn't the case in TW because TW requires know-how, and I'd like to keep TW Valhalla-free; I don't want it like PK is now.
Nevertheless, for this reason, I too am guilty in why Catalyst will take over the map, unless I decide to share this info with them. They're guilty in their own ways as well.I think kylin might take catalyst in a fight but dont want to join kylin to help. Now fighting with kylin i have no probelm if it is fun and if kylin would commit everything they can to a good fight.
Judging from problems I noticed when we fought Afterlife, no we wouldn't. Afterlife created some problems that we overcame with experience, but Catalyst has that experience as well, so we're simply too outgeared in their case, imo.
It's too bad Afterlife's r9s moved to Valhalla, too. That was a lack in good judgement, because it should've been the other way around, with Val jumping ship to Afterlife. Afterlife was far better led and organized than Valhalla, and they posed a much greater threat to Kylin, in my opinion. I was impressed by our war with them.
But people think too one-dimensionally and decide "moar land and moar moniez = bettur guild hurrrdurrr," and I'm sure Valhalla's $485 million dollar guild base had something to do with the decision as well.I AGOREY0 -
Valhalla is an enemy to everyone. If you help one in pvp then another group ganks you. Valhalla needs to die before a war with catalyst can start. And valhalla stands no chance being jointly ruled and i wouldnt want them to win anyways.
How we can win maybe kylin and others need to start allying now. Not just against catalyst but also valhalla.Fail troll of harshlands0 -

Lutirica it's quite scary when....
Based on your history of demonizing those you oppose (and you're a friggin' level 67), I somehow doubt that you speak from experience when you make those claims, and yet at the same time I've experienced such a situation myself.

You mean no catalyst does? I see hundreds of people that still like to pvp. Why keep playing pwi if all you do is chat and tw? So all you get out of the game is chat and very fast easy wars yet you keep playing?
So chat im guessing is the only thing thats fun? This game is still fun for as long as i have been here. I dont spend a whole weak playing it i take short breaks yes but honestly if this game is so bad why are you still playing it.

Atm, KY is having pretty fun TWs, so I see no reason to fully quit just yet. I honestly play the same reason Oke does. I've known some people here for over 2 years, so it's nice just to chill sometimes. I kept playing for TW's only during the Crim vs Zulu times, since I enjoy TW, but I can honestly say the Kylin wars are the only reason I'm still here mainly. They provide the fun of TW I'm looking for. But even now, I don't really log anymore since there's nothing to do really. Plus, RL has been busy b:chuckle
Hopefully in a few months, Cata TW's will start being more enjoyable, since that's the only fun thing left to do in this game. PvP is usually a joke, farming is hella old/boring, grinding isn't worth it really anymore (besides dq points) so, not much left to do.

Yes, many people still *like* PvP, but it's simply not possible to enjoy PvP like the way you use to be able to. There's literally no need for anyone to step out of SZ anymore so world PvP has died down to a few spots where people go to look for a fight. There's no longer fighting for grinding spots, KoS-ing a faction (they are all in instances or in Archo), or massive PvP wars because the gap of gears between the "top geared" player and regular players are much much larger than what it was use to be. It's to the point that there's not even a point to try to fight a full R9 if you aren't full R9, because you'll simply tickle them while they one or two shot you. My BM can still give full R9s a run for their money, given that they aren't full +12, but whenever I step out of SZ, two things happen. Either I'm not at the usual PK spots, so there are literally no one around, or I go to the PK spots and get jump by 3-4 Sins.
That's the thing, we aren't "keep playing" this game. I've been on more lately only because it's 2X. Once 2X is over I'm only going to be on to mess around in guildchat or TW.
I'm Kylin btw, and no, I wouldn't call these "easy" wars. There wars aren't where we'd know we'll win a year ahead. Kylin's TWs since map reset have been very enjoyable. We started out weak, with 40-50 active members of which many were new and has never done TW. We enterd the Omerta saga being barely stronger than them. They gave us good long wars that lasted 1-2 hours. We grew a bit stronger in members and experience through the Omerta wars. When we started fighting Crimson, we were weaker than them and lost for the first few weeks. Then we got stronger, with some of the old members coming back to the game and gaining more new members, and we were able to start putting up 3 hour wars. Once the tide were turning in our favor, we started getting stacked by other factions like AL and Valhalla, so we had to give back the lands we took from Crimson and get AL and Val off our back. After we did that, Crimson grew stronger and beat us a few times, but we came back stronger still. When we faced Val for the 3rd time, I really didn't know what to expect. They gained a lot in members and R9s while taking Insanity's lands, since the last time we fought. I was against the split of defending Val and Crimson that resulted in us losing both lands. From that point on we didn't know how strong they are and had to focus on Crimson, until we fought them last week. I was nervous even for this week's TW, because they had just gained most of AL's R9s. But it's clear now that having more R9s do them no good.0 -

This could be done, but then people would talk SO MUCH SH*T it wouldn't be worth it. If cata decides to give a TW to <random guild>, all you'll see on world chat after the TW is:
"LOL catalyst thinks they're so grand and look...this is the extent of their prowess. I guess +12 credit card doesn't do everything."
Basically, talk like that (and you know it will happen) is reason enough in itself for Catalyst to completely disregard the idea. People are WAY too stupid in this game and have F*CKING HUGE mouths and RETARDEDLY stunted brains. It's not even funny. Just sh*t talk all day.Valhalla disband. That is all \o/

It's an improvement from leaving B gate on your mount and seeing three random *** tools standing around trying to rambo passer-bys, setting up zhens on passer-bys and scratching their heads when the zhen stops once the target leaves range, yes.
Of course they can't B push you guys. I bet it'll take a bit for them to figure out what to do next, but once they do (or once someone else tells them to) then yeah.I AGOREY0 -

Getting 10 more r9's is not an improvement. Getting their clerics to actually use skill's called resurection and ironheart blessing is the only improvement I saw. Theyre still rushing down B& theyre still metal maging. Full guild push down B just showed how overconfident they were by gaining those new AL R9's. Or maybe I'm giving them too much credit.
Also, Kylin having less then 80 in a lvl 1 land ATK war does not make valhalla stronger. Having kylin make a crucial strategic mistake doesn't make valala stronger. So don't confuse the situation. They didn't learn shet. They probably have a babysitter telling them what to do in vent bcuz they cant use that brain of theirs.

What crucial strategic mistake did we make? If you saw one I'd love to know, cause for us we just felt very outgunned when it came to gear.
And no offense, but with Afterlife? Shoulda seen this coming a mile away. When Zulu split into Catalyst and Afterlife, the Cata members treated the AL ones like trash. Trolled them, called them useless, PKed them during events. Was never fond of that; it felt really sh!tty to basically give former teammates the finger and treat them like garbage for daring to try and form their own guild after they were denied access to Catalyst. And now this happened: Afterlife is the one that's done the thinking for the ridiculous r9 +12 guild, because for them, Valhalla is the lesser of two evils. So yeah. Doubt you guys will mind, but now Kylin gets to pay for it. xPI AGOREY0 -
@ the original post.
I can see your perspective as 3rd party outside of catalyst and how its all our fault just because we steam roll everyone...but the whole post is a bit nostalgic. You press us like its our responsibility...but lets just look back at everything thats happened since zulu.
- Rep Sale - equalizer
- Ocean Orb Sale - equalizer
- Zulu disbands and catalyst puts 40-60 people in a TW...or split between 3 tws. - Handicap
- Catalyst does their best not to interfere with the "fair wars" on the map...ie kylin-crimson. (which cant be said about afterlife or valhalla).
- Catalyst wipes valhalla, who if we all forgot was supposed to be the powerhouse on the map. then we wiped afterlife cuz they were leg humpin.
So from our point of view we've done a lot to help out the TW map. With all the gear on the server - spread out between several guilds...larger in number than us...it should be no problem for any 3 guilds to stack us and gain a land. Seriously...when we hounded ppl for a week straight to show up, we got 70 ppl to defend mayhem and afterlife...and that was everyone.
So its our responsibility to give u better odds than 240 vs 70? Or stated for perspective
80-vs 23 80 vs 23 80 vs 23.
Atm we dont even have 3 people to lead each war, let alone an offense and defense leader and scout for each war.
All I can say is good job catalyst. I dont think any other guild could have an ounce of success with those odds...and we're still supposed to make it easier? I mean, there is nothing fishy here...these are facts. So if there's anyway to say that you've actually "won" this game, Id say we've done it, or we're pretty close. So grats catalyst.0 -

So grats catalyst.
I must say from the begining i knew catalyst would win. After valhalla went down the map's future was certain. Im not saying catalyst hasnt done a good job. All im saying is that we as people outside of catalyst dont have the power to stop you even in a stack.
Events will play out the same way.Fail troll of harshlands0 -
so u really think catalyst can lead and win 3 wars with 70 ppl max...vs 240?0
