    They do not have any idea how to fix it.

    I run two accounts on the same computer. One works and the other one does not work.
    Everything is identical on the computer and loggin in except the account.

    I'm able to get the blessing on one account, but not on the other. I believe the glitch has to do with the fact that one account has toons in Sanctuary and Lothranis (this account cannot get the FB blessing) and one account only has toons in Sanctuary. This is the only difference that I can see between my accounts.
    Like everyone else, I am not able to select a Character from the dropdown box on my account with toons in Sanctuary and Lothranis.

    I have 2 accounts. One has no chars with / \ in the names, I can get a blessing on that account.

    The other account has one char with / \ in her name, on this one I'm having the same problem as everyone else, can select server and blessing type but no chars pop up on the drop-down list there.

    That's some BS tho, I don't wanna delete KE$H/\ just to get some blessings b:cry

    Same problem as others here, but i could always get it before and now i cant this time.
    After i choose omalleys blessing and server, it doesn't allow me to choose any characters to send it to. This only happens on this account, not my other account.

    Hello!
    After update i`ve took my Jone`s blessing out of the mailbox. ( I order it a day ago) And i got only a ticket in the inventory.Twenty minutes ago i got another one , just to cheek out - and only got a ticket again. Fix it pls!

    Firefox 6 (same error on firefox 5) also tried other browsers and nothing

    Java console update 26 (currently disabled) error happens even when it was enabled

    As of 2 weeks ago it was working fine, now I can't select character. Also on my other account it works fine.

    Before adding new content, would be better if PWE fixes the long standing bugs first. Also I don't see how the desktop resolution, computer type and windows version or the maximized/windowed browser can affect this.

    Like I already said, I used to get the blessing without any problems prior to 2 weeks ago. My Char name has two /\ if that helps.

    I still got the notification on my Facebook page, but no blessing.

    BUT!

    I found someone in either this thread or the other, said they'd created an alt Facebook account.

    So I tried this, and it worked for me. I'd definitely suggest trying this!

    -My character name is not spelled correctly in forums on left....its spelled with / for letter "m" ( /\/\alaki\ )

    I gott same problem as u ! pwi gotta have done somthing from 2 weeks back lol .. cuz all my chars was fine and gott theyr blessing but now i cant choice my chars only on DQ list :/ and made a veno for 4 weeks back whit name Char/\/\ but i allways gott blessing for it lol so yea idc what to do ...and yea allot // others chars iwe hade for 1 year lol so they need take back what ever they didd on last uppdates or on this site ..i rly hope they fix this ...

    yea !! but then they gotta have done somthing whit blessing list x-x that if u gott / \ it wont show ur char idk .. well worked finr for me since 2 weeks back :( .. newer hade any problem but now my chars are gone on list lol but Dq list works ... >.< so why dont change back whatever they didd ? cuz gotta be somthing or we wouldent have this problem b:cry

    I have only one computer.

    I have two PWI accounts.

    I have two FaceBook accounts.

    The pwi account with NewRock in it will not allow character selection with either FB account.

    The pwi account with WLWJR in it will allow character selection with both FB accounts.


    THE PROBLEM HAS TO BE ON PWI'S END!!!!!

    SAME AS THE OTHER WHO CANT SELECT A CHARACTER - BUT IF I GO ONTO MY FACEBOOK PAGE IT DOES STATE I RECIEVED A BLESSING FOR THE DAY BUT IN PWI I DIDNOT CAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO SELECT A CHARACTER FOR THE BLESSING.. PLEASE PLEASE PWI, FIX THIS MESS OF BLESSING ISSUES!!!!

    Ok for me the problem is that i cannot choose a character too.

    I have tried with 4 kinds of web browser, i have tried it on my smartphone, on PC, on Mac, still doesn't work.

    I recently made a char with / and \ in his name ( /\/ei ) and it seems it began when i made this char.
    I'm going to ask players ig to see if they can get jone's blessing in having a / \ char. b:sad

    This is a new computer with nothing on it. I tired on IE and Firefox. What happens is I get to the congratulations screen and it allows me to choose the server and game but says invalid character and gives no choice in the tab

    Some people just cant get the blessing, its not a browser or OS based problem.

    IE Both my brother and sister get their blessings with no problem, but only i cant. I have tried on their pc's to redeem my blessing with absolutely no luck. same error as on my pc.
    They have redeemed their blessings without fail on my pc just to confirm nothing was wrong there.
    So with my minimalist deductive reasoning i have concluded that the problem must be user based instead of software based. b:victoryb:surrender
