    The forums may not allow links, but wrapping the link in a code-text worked fine. Here is the unofficial patch for the new expansion. It's 1.1 GB in size, so you've been warned. Also note that if you update your client before the servers are down for maintenance, you won't be able to get back online until after maintenance. Download/install at your own risk folks.

    b:angry ok if tonights the night then why has the pwi website already changed and yet the download of the game client says raging tide when it says clearly on the website download perfectworld genesis. HELLO! come on people don't change the website or things till official launch this is gonna send people to do exactly what i am doing which is to point out the fact that you are in the wrong for putting up this stuff before lauch even officially happens. yet another dumb move by perfectworld international.

    Who said anything about crying god? I am merely stating the fact that the genesis website is already up and perfectworld internationals download link for pwi says download perfectworld international genesis. yet according the the announcement which is the topic of this discussion server maintenance won't happen till 11pm this evening. don't you just find that a little bit wrong and jumping the gun just a touch? that is all i am saying. that is the point i'm trying to get across here. that perfectworld international shouldn't have jumped the gun and should of waited till the end of the scheduled maintenance period to change the website and the download link to the new pwi genesis client.

    It would be interesting to see, as I am a long-time Runes of Magic player, how much less time it actually takes for PWI to get their servers back up & running at 100% after the patch, as RoM has ALWAYS had issues with major patches that would cause delays of game accessibility to myself & my fellow players. If PWI has their act together far better than Frogster North America, then we MAY see the game back online within the original time estimate. The key in all this is to remember that 3D Immersive MMOs are still a developing technology base & there are bound to be Kark-Ups Galore. My-Two-Cents-Worth...b:scorn

    I am hoping beyond hope that there'll be some in this version, I really really want the cute little hopping owl that's pretty much all eyes. If I could make a baby pet out of it I'd make one for everyone I knew XDD

    It is shown on Ecatomb, but how it's obtainable is not mentioned, so I'm going to cross my fingers and hope PWI is nice and makes it tameable and adds it to Mrs. Zoologists list of baby pets. If it is a MQ pet, I am making sure to never ever miss an MQ, but I'd like to make one for other people :<
