    Pretty good fight given the resources each person had. I was actually impressed the fight lasted rather long considering elayne didn't have expel.

    After watching the video for what was said in the beginning of the fight, I will try to be neutral and speak for both sides on whether or not it's a bet.

    If this were to happen in real life, then most likely elayne cannot be hold accountable to pay for the 20mil as there is no place that he made a verbal confirmation (or denying) of betting, so technically he doesn't owe money.

    But again if it were a real life situation, it would be probably similar to:
    person1: hey lets play a game and bet 20 dollars on it. The rules are blah blah blah, do you want to bet 20 dollars or how much?
    person3: you guys betting 20 dollars?
    person2: lets just play already.

    *plays*
    *person2 loses*

    person1: ok pay up you lost
    person2: I never agreed to bet, I only wanted to play for fun.

    Again from a "legal" perspective, person2 is right. From an ethical perspective, it's up to everyone's interpretations.

    I wouldnt quite class losing a fight to one of the best skilled and geared bm's on the server after putting up a decent fight as "dieing like a pig". But whatever you say broski...

    BT does more damage end game (and he has +12 2nd cast NV) because of the double base matk.. and Calvin is using sage marrow.. which severely lowers his pdef.. so thats kinda double reason to use BT. Besides that, demon BIDS isn't that spectacular compared to the other ultis so BT was the right choice imo (surprised it didn't kill Calvin honestly)

    I don't know either Calvin or Elayne so I consider myself an objective viewer, and I have to say, despite the result, Elayne seemed to put up a good fight. Indeed, he seemed to do more overall damage during the 3 fights then Calvin did to Elayne. Elayne just could not finish the job.

    Every class has its strengths and weakness, and it is my opinion that (ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL), this game tips the scale in favour of BM's during 1v1 contests against wizards (wizards shine most in the chaos of mass pvp/TW). That considered, I would have to credit both participants as clearly demonstrating that they both have a great deal of skill playing their characters. Good fight.

    If it wasn't the genie, there would be another excuse why Elayne lost. Poor thing, domain and immune pots have such a long cool down.

    He lost because there was not a horde of people surrounding him, buffing him and constantly healing him like in regular world pvp. :>

    Was there some "self-buff only" rule?

    I am curious overall as to why there was not even Cleric buffs on both participants...It does not matter and I am not sure it would affect the outcome too much but...Just a thought o.o
