I don't get why people that seem to like TW flock to 1 faction to the point that there is no TW. I mean, it happened with Narla, it took elusive to end it, they put a fresh coat of paint on it and do the same darn thing.
And its not just you. There are alot of level 10x's on the server hanging out in lesser factions that like TW but are doing nothing to preserve it for the server. They left our somewhat unique multi-color map in the hands of others to maintain. Well, the problem is, they left it in the hands of too few others to do.
Noone will beat Nemesis. Elusive will attack others, since we want long TWs: win lose or draw. If we get land and Nemesis attacks, we (or at least I) will no show them. The only thing that makes it unevitable is this: generally speaking, people don't flock to and stay in the #1 faction for "refined communities", for "friends", for "help questing", for "tt runs" - I know that some believe that, but they are fooling themselves. They go there because they want to WIN. They go there because they want to have the big faction name over their heads. At the end of the day, its ego, pure and simple. Empty, shallow, ego.

I joined Nemesis after the loss to Zulusive. If they had won, I wouldn't have joined and even then it was on BM, not veno. I was one of the people who left Narla to help form Celestial and then Elusive, but I wasn't happy there. I'm not going to sit in a faction I no longer enjoy. I go where I have fun and enjoy the company around me. Zulusive is gone and Elusive isn't gaining all of it's members back due to multiple reasons, so again, my veno is in PHOENIX and has been for a couple days now. Immunity and PHOENIX have potential to fight against Nemesis, but people aren't joining them. The remaining Elusive could easily merge with Immunity and fight Nemesis, but will they? I doubt it. It's not just that everyone is flocking to Nemesis, it has a lot to do with the fact that the remaining high levels are split up into so many places.0 -

Does Phoenix not have an alliance with nemesis? It would serve no purpose for us to join them. As for immunity and texas, it's the same thing if I said why won't they join us?
I feel you blood I really do, but for now I am one of those people that simply don't do anything about the server. I tw where my friends tw and thats as far as my activity goes. Until the expansion is announced and the answer to us having a new server or not is answered. I will continue to act like I do. Depending what the answer is will def change which course of actions I take. Glad to hear it. Your BM was a much better balance imo. And you and auth were the only ones that used iron guards well - but there was at least one bm in Nemesis that was catching on last TW . . . .
And I'd join Phoenix if (1) i ever thought they would attack Nemesis, which to my knowledge they haven't (and not to rehash very old threads, but based on those past disclosures I would not expect them to), and (2) if I thought they could hold out for long enough TWs. The fact that they haven't demonstrated the first, and based on what little I know about them they couldn't do the second, I'm not looking to join them. Yet.
And while I do like RioN (what I know and have seen), I would guess they would be more on par with Phoenix than anyone else. Nemesis would take them in under 30 minutes but idk who they even have anymore. AgentPotato, call your office . . . .

No.. it's not the same... They are well-structured factions. Why do they have to disband and join you? They worked hard to get where they are.
You guys keep complaining about not being another strong faction out there, but instead of going to the one sthat are on teh map already and help them get stronger, you keep hopping factions with the same ppl.

They didn't work hard at all. They stepped into a vacuum.
And I am kind of worn out on this "well structured", "refined" garbage pile of adjectives people keep using to describe every other faction other than Elusive it seems. They said the same thing about Narla till it lost a TW and litterally EXPLODED from the pent up turmoil and resentment that build up over time but everyone tucked away as long as they were winning TWs.
Those other "well organized" factions are basically immunity without the longevity, which is fine if thats what they want to be. But don't confuse everyone by mixing them into the picture when we are talking about serious contenders for the #1 TW faction and who will be able to compete with them.

Someone outside of Elusive, who hopped from the #1 faction to the #1 faction, telling anyone in elusive to "be the change" is a bit too much.
Love you Aries, and I don't doubt that your motives are pure, but your interest in TW is just cursory at best. You would stay with your friends regardless of what the TW picture was. Its just a small part of your enjoyment of this game.
And we don't necessarily complain about no other strong factions, per se, we (I should stop saying "we" - "I")complain about the other factions sitting back and allowing TW to die once again. They don't have to join elusive, but gosh considering how they have benefitted from what elusive did, they don't also have to let elusive carry the water for the server all by itself in terms of trying to preserve the current state of the TW map, which, to a faction, they have all thus far been far too content in doing, imo.

errr.... i didn't hop from #1 faction to #1 faction.
When we went to Nemesis we had 20-30 ppl at most. We built it from scratch.
And I always try to take matter on my own hands when i don't like something (reason I applied to be an officer in Narla).
I never said Narla was a well structured faction... it wasn't... i kept saying ppl joined Narla cause it was Narla and they wanted to win TW... it was clear those ppl would leave when we lost. hell.. only reason I stayed in Narla was Kat.
And you seriously expect anyone to use the words 'well structuired' when talking about Elusive? It's not.. and that works for you guys.. but might not work for others.
And what do you want other factions to do? start buying r8 for all their members? Buy oracles to lvl them?
Big cashshoppers are up tehre already... this server is sooooo new.. you have to let non cashshoppers get there yet. And it's not easy with all the changes made to TT, that made it almost impossible for ppl to get their stuff.
You don't offer PvE... you always talked about TW.. well.. some ppl wonder.. what will i do the rest of the week?

1 person does not make or break a faction... It's all teh members working together and helping eachother.
Narla was not well structured at all... most ppl joined Narla just for the TW pay, so you got numbers.
And I'm sure there's a lot of ppl who come to Nemesis just to win TW... i have no doubts about that. But it's teh same with all the big factions.
And I think you are forgetting you are talking to one of the only officers you had that actually pulled his weight in Narla. And you were the first one that run away from Narla to play an anonymous alt. You just left soon enough to blame it on the next leader.
We knew Narla was falling weeks before it did... but some of us stayed to try to work it out.
And I have to remind you that Narla was there for a long time after we left.

Unfortunately Anthemyra what is more likely to happen if one does come out, many of the same people are just going to go to the new server. So it will be exactly (maybe not exactly just close) to how this server is now at some point b:surrender

NO NO NO! Don't ruin my hope, I want drama with different people.
There will be new people with new issues to rant about. I can enjoy this so called, "drama" evolve around me and have a reason to login. I hope most will stay here because that is a PvP server(I pray to god it is) and there is no option of being blue named after 30. Which is my kind of server and hopefully not the majority of the people here type of server.
But I wouldn't mind a few of you I know here to come to the new one. We can level to 100 together and when everyone has gear beyond my grasp, we can leave to another destination.
