    I did use this name in other games as well. Well ive read a book where the char named Neferhotep made me laugh a lot b:pleased Thats where i heard the name first.
    Now im pretty used to being called Neffy by my real friends too.

    My character's name is really charm. Charm is part of my real name. I put a y in the end cause my friends from another mmorpg game started calling me charmy xD. I put the _ in the end cause charmy was taken b:cry

    Hysteria is my 2nd favorite song by Muse, but makes for a better name than Citizen Erased, so yeah.

    I like realistic(ish) names for my chars, so when I was making my veno I thought that Maya would be a really good name for a veno, but it was already taken. So I played around with the sound and availability and end up with Myai. There was no way to say "nvm, I don't want that name, let me choose another one before I finalize the creation of my char" unless I wanted to go through the whole customization process again to get the same veno look to be able to choose another name. I was too lazy to go through all of the customizations to do that and it was the first 3D game for me and I was excited to play. Before I knew it I was already in the high 2x and didn't want to do all of the quests again just for a name.

    And now I always get those "How do you say her name?" and the "I have no Fing idea how to say that." Not to mention the whole SHE part. But this is the wrong thread for that. b:laugh

    I have been using KaiserZr since I started playing games online over 10 years ago... took Kaiser as in Kaiser the German word for Caesar and Zr stands for Zero my favorite character from the Mega Man X series not named X... and put them together KaiserZr

    my cleric's name was the name of a cleric i played in a DnD game a while back. he was a philandering, southern bapist priest-like, money-minded preacher man. thought it would be fun to enter a friend's faction and preach in faction chat because he didnt know it was me~!

    my psy on the other hand, i made to be a girl that is patterned against a female character i was developing for a story. White_lie just felt right, since it was a lil white lie that i wasn't a female. i dunno, it felt like a clever name at the time then i just grew on everyone.

    Final Fantasy 9's main character is Zidane, who is also my favorite FF main character ever....... i hope you can figure out the rest :P

    already carrying this name from the beginning of counter strike 1.5 and all kind of other mmo games like CS1.5, C&C, Eve-Online, and more so i carry it with me for more then 10years straight.

    I was doing some google searchs for "fox" to start my char, when I've found that fox in latin it's "Vulpiculus". And here I am :)

    This is a passage from one of my many books on the occult. I just wanted to choose a name that I was sure would not be taken, yet would be a simple looking/sounding name. There are other reasons as well, but I won't go into that right now.

    I had writer's block when I started this character. I was supposed to play it while I was blocked, but now playing pw blocks my writing b:shocked

    Btw, my Glacial Walker is named "Paper" (rock was too obvious b:chuckle), my Eldergoth Sharpshooter is "Annoying", and my Dark Wanderer is "Editor" b:victory
