    'Cause someone, in a fit of rage, tried to insult me by asking what the hell my name meant. Issues have been resolved but.. name threads are fun =P

    Sadly, background for my name's pretty boring. I used to use "ephemei" on most games I played; it's "ephemeral" and "mei" merged together. Kinda disliked it after a while, though, so I chose to just use "ephemeral" -l +i this time around. It actually fits the assassin if you think about it.. fleeting, transient.. like now you see me, now you don't O_O

    I like combining two words together. xxStarshade in this case, since Starshade was taken. T__T My other chars are Snowstep and Stormchaser. Yes I like the "s" sound, and yes the combination idea came from a book series. x3

    I had Technotic for about 10 years or so now, on and off during my games. I love Technology, and Techno. So I wanted something with "Techno" in the name. But everyone has Techno or seen it before, I wanted it unique. So I started thinking of different endings. Demonic, Bionic, Sonic... Came pretty obvious I was looking for an ending like those. So Technotic was made. Pretty unique at the time. A few years later, some Dj Technotic came out in techno. His music sucks, but I had name first and proof so I'm happy. And yes, its Technotic, not Techtonic. XD

    Well when I created my char, every name that I wanted to give to it, already existed. I was about 15 minutes putting different names, but all of them existed. So I ended up to this, but I misspelled it b:beatenup. It came to my mind when I remembered a tank skill from another game. (L2)

    Weeell, Kinrest is a place from a book >__> "Deltora Quest" series. Just a little town on the little map provided...I was like 12 years old xD My nickname is Kin.

    My other char, Kherrington is a name from my fav contestant on "So You Think You Can Dance?". It's a TV show...But I thought her name was SO cool! And I was super happy that it wasn't taken. ^^ Nickname is Kherr. =D

    Gaho was a name I created for a World of Darkness game that never really got off the ground, she was supposed to be a doctor so I figured it fit. The character was supposed to be Inuit (thus explaining why she's got dark skin despite my being pale as a ghost) the name Gaho is Inuit for Mother.

    My alt Carwn's (who I never play) name is the greek spelling of the name Charon which sounded more like a girls name to me, and with that name I decided she needed to be Albino.

    Hades' helper was Charos, the angel of dead. Charos had the duty to transfer the dead people 's souls with a boat over the River Acheron from the world of the living to the world of the dead.

    This is where the origin of my name came from, i believe the way i use it is the english spelling of the name im not quite sure but i have seen it translated as xaros and personally i just like that spelling better although it was taken therefore its Xaro$ now lol
