    It's still plenty ridiculous. This is like chopping off my big toe and telling me it's not as bad as last time when you chopped off all my fingers.

    You guys messed up in allowing the duke to shout for every single token of perfect luck. There's still red spam if you allow those to be announced; I'm witnessing it right now on Dreamweaver server. Take those out & it may be alright, though I am against bringing him back, period.

    Also, thanks to whoever let Duke back. It really shows how much you read what the players want. They wanted to have Duke's wraith attacks etc turned on - nothing to do w/ the packs. Now it's Duke spam all over again.

    It shouldn't be announced for anything. Is it not enough that cash shoppers can get full endgame gear just by swiping a credit card, but that we also get our faces rubbed in it?

    I'm not sure. I think I'm starting to long for fake guild chat and pink and orange world chat spam.

    So you turned on these Duke shouts on purpose? I've been in-game for about ten minutes and have heard nothing but complaints. What is the purpose/value of these shouts? Why do something that has historically made so many players angry? I don't understand the logic in this.

    The fact that somewhere, some guy was like "we should make duke shout when someone gets something from packs again!"

    You're kidding? Thank god I wasn't already playing at that time then. That stupid and totally useless red spam is incredibly annoying. And please read this thread, we're all asking for it to be turned off, at least for the tokens.

    Seriously, what is the point of having Duke announcements? Its simple rubbing-it-in-our-face ****.

    Why should we care if someone got something in a pack? Did they earn it?
