    Thank you, I'm too slow, so I've actually got a handicap. I've been known to die before my herc because I don't target fast enough to have herc aggro the mobs off me. Yes, I keep trying to practice, it doesn't help.
    There once a time when I cared about getting to the top quickly as possible to help others. Now, I take it slow, and don't worry about having nothing to do. There's always something to do in an MMORPG, especially if you are high level. PK'ing is for those who desire to inflate their egos. True friendship comes from helping one-another, rather than to start rivalries.

    man this skill is being abused and is helpful for greedy ppl who want to steal wb

    but on pve we havent that problem, but in pvp it should be allowed I guess.
    or maybe like in secret passage where killing is forbidden, idk^^

    changes were made! now u can have a button in the blessing filter where u can block neutral buffs. This tread was a success. Finally we can do wbs with fairplay. thx for all ur comments!b:victory

    The difference being that the offense of "necro-ing" carries a mandatory penalty of thread lock, whereas bumping a thread (even your own) and double posting do not.

    Reading Is Fundamental. Those little pixel drawings on the screen represent, yep, words and sentences. You even quoted some. Show me where, in anything I posted that I said one doesn't get banned for double-posting and bumping. That's right, it isn't there.

    What I said was that necroing a thread carries an *additional* (and pretty much automatic) penalty of having the thread itself locked, a penalty that doesn't normally accompany other forum rule violations.

    You can probably argue that this thread should have been locked anyway, and I'd tend to agree with you. You can probably argue that had Bomba_Humana not posted in this thread, it would have made it 30 days and been eligible for a necro lock, and I'd tend to agree with you. You can probably argue that the *spirit* of thread necromancy was achieved, and only a loophole kept it from achieving the letter as well. I'd tend to agree with you. But that point is now moot.

    In terms of a real life analogy (as folks are fond of those), consider Driving Under the Influence and Exhibition of Speed. In most jurisdictions in the US, these are both misdemeanors and carry fairly stiff penalties. However, in most US jurisdictions DUI carries an additional penalty of automatic driver license suspension, whereas Exhibition of Speed does not. You can probably argue that the guy guilty of EoS is dangerous and *should* have his license suspended, but that doesn't make it acceptable to charge him with DUI.

    So, tl:dr: Don't call for a necro lock on a thread that hasn't been dormant for at least 30 days. If there are other, valid reasons for the thread to be locked, argue those reasons instead.

    But since it comes from cn, and unless he created this thread on the cn forums as well... =o_O=

    But maybe no one posted and was about to go to page 2, so he double posted to bump it again. Or maybe not. Who knows.

    geez guys, my intention was not to bump and not to necro, u saw it on my post before that I was unaware of it. I just wanted to say that the genie skill cant be abused anymore, thats all.
