I think you missunderstood me,
I meant if you see NIX comin you start absoloute domain when NIX is gets close to you, so you dont get stunned and bleed doesnt take effect.

NiX is close -> you start absoloute domain -> You are immune to dmg while NIX does stun and bleed = at least 2 times resist apears over your head^^ -> NIX does just its normal dmg like 500 per hit or whatever and u wasnt/ arent stunned. you dont have a bleed DoT.
and... cauterize has safed my life very often, but sometimes i died even cauterize was successful Oo may it was a bug or i was just blind or empty headed xD

Point of this is, the game has adjustments in dynamics for PvP to allow some level of game balance. And yes Flesh Ream IS balanced, cause prior to that Veno's were considered the free kills of PvP in the days long passed.0 -

Of course for you is game balanced. For me not. I don't understand 1 thing. If every1 has damage reduced in PvP why veno's pets not? I don't think is fair. That's all. ok. But it still not excuse nix's bug in game. Yup, game is balanced for me.... explain why just about every death for me in TW is at the hands of a fraggin Wiz. I dont ask for them to be nerfed. Cause balance isnt every job is equal. Balance is Rock Paper Scissors. Every job has other classes they can beat easier & other jobs that kill them easier. And Pets damage is reduced for PvP. Flesh Ream is reduced also, just not as much, its a PvP adjustment like so many other PvP adjustments in this game. You want to nerf Venos cause they kill you alot. Then i demand Wiz nerfs cause they can 1 shot me. There will be justice!
p.s. I dont actually demand Wiz be nerfed, i'm just making a point.

I died at my journey(1 year and 3 month) at least few hundred times and I'm not kidding. Why is so low high level wizards? Because lot of players give up. Playing wizard is really annoying till lv. 90. So I think we deserve some power at the end. And we don't need take advantage of dev. bug. That sad. 60K in pvp it's not normal damage. It has to be critical and ultimate spell. Which is not easy to cast in TW. Also you need VERY good weapon+refines for that. And also it's maybe 1 hit from 100 another hits.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Wait... Wait... Wait.... WHAT? Wizard is hard? Seriously. Wizard is... Hard? I leave burning craters and mass destruction everywhere I go. In a group with people, it's even easier. I hide behind the tank, and blow up anything that moves. Being able to destroy Metal, Fire, and Water without even trying makes a wizard twice as easy as my Veno. I watch one HP bar, mine. Not mine, my pet, and everyone else around me because everyone expects me to tank every single mob in the instance. I nuke, mobs die, and we party.
I honestly never understood why everyone considers Venos to be easy, and Wizards to be hard. Venos in a party have 3 times the responsibilities in a party. Wizards... Our role can be summed up in one simple phrase. "Nuke that, will you?"0 -
Truly? Venos in party are even more useless than without it. (of course not everywhere but these instances where is veno needed is few) But as we are higher and higher level the venos role in party is still more useless. Especially with luring genie. Wizards dont hit that great until they are like lvl 80 + or they refine their weapons 70- (which is dumb)
Wizs always take last spot in TT,and only if the party cant get another archer/veno/bm anything
Wiz spend a damn lot of mp pots, need to upgrade quite a few skills to be good and have more survivability
Then at lvl 90.. woot, the reward for standing 89 lvls of hardship

Lol, yup pk only requires pet heal and 3 skills, no charm or HP/MP Potions, and the pkers are distracted with the pets while they fight b:victory
If you're going to talk about soloing don't forget to mention how long it takes, barbs and clerics could run more TTs back to back from dds support and still make more money.0 -

I solo every quest. The only ones I don't solo is the ones that involve boss quests, and even then, I tend to solo the miniboss quests I get anyway. Solo is a piece of cake. Click mob, nuke mob, pick up drops. Rinse. Repeat. Get some MP regen on your gear, and suddenly, you're doing better than a Veno. Especially with our MP Regen buff.
As for instances, tried being a Veno in Frostcovered? "Give me Spark! Give me Bramble, Tank that boss! Amp that boss! Ironwood that boss! Fire Parasitic Nova!" How about TT? Who really runs a TT without a Veno? And go ahead and run FBs without one as well. I don't know who you're partying with, but if they aren't pushing the Venos to, you know, do their damn jobs, I suggest you party with better people.
Now... As for Wizards "Needing" Pots? I want to know how? If you grind as a wizard, which, oddly, we are DAMN GOOD at... You should end up with a surplus of pots. And with the 9001 herbs around everywhere, you should easily be able to make MP regen powders, provided you actually DO end up needing MP.
As for the "Skills you need" argument... I think most of us Venos are really getting tired of seeing "All you need is Heal Pet." Maybe YOU do... But some of us are more useful than a tank.0 -
well, maybe u havent noticed that the topic sudenly changed to pve discussion veno vs wizards... so yeah, pve wise, u need only pet heal, scarab, hp/mp change skill which i forgot the name...

cause then u would see the crappy damage it has, doing TT with only barb & cleric would take ages. Having more DDs makes TT a lot less profitable, not to mention a veno doesnt have any repair/mp costs doing it.0 -
