Is our Ecconimy Already broken? I noticed Gold Prices are already selling for 500K..... Am i just Crazy, and having Flashbacks to Dreamweaver? or are others Concerned as well.

    QQ Gold prices are most likely more expensive because there are tons of new members seeking gold and not enough suppliers. Supply and demand. Its just like when harshlands was opened up. Gold/items were much more expensive there than LC/Sanc/HT.

    Just wait till anni packs are gone. People can't support these gold prices with their ingame incomes at this level, so they will go down, but at the moment Anni packs make it worth it to support these gold prices.

    Actually, the gold prices really are not all that surprising. You should keep in mind that chances are very good that the people selling gold on the new server came from one of the older servers. They grew accustomed to selling gold anywhere from 400K to 700K in the last few months, and the thought of drastically cutting into potential profits is not a pleasant one.

    One of two things will eventually come about from this situation.

    1. They will realize that the in game economy cannot support selling gold at an efficient rate at those prices and they will lower it somewhat. Gold will sell a bit faster, but their coffers won't be holding as much.

    2. People will see the prices that gold is going for and do whatever they need to do to get it as fast as they possibly can. Gold will likely sell at a somewhat slower rate, but the reap in the number of in game coins they desire.

    Yeah, the gold price is skyrocketing now.
    And as a pure grinder, I won't even touch that unless I have too much to burn.
    However, I guess not because leveling up my skill is pricey enough b:surrender

    I'm actually surprised there's still ppl who are whining about Gold Price after all this long age of PWI and 6 servers >>;

    Those ppl are usually ppl who refuse to buy Gold with rl money and calling others who sells Gold at 500k or whatever price they want to sell is "broken".

    Pretty much. People complain about gold prices. But honestly, if you sold gold funded by your own work money, would you really want to spend that money and only get a crappy amount of coins ingame?

    The Gold prices rocket because of you, the consumer anyway. If you're not buying for 500k, then they can't sell it and will lower eventually. So put the blame with the buyers, not the sellers. Unless you would sell me your Gold for 200k when someone else offers 500k, you should probably stop QQing here.

    If people dont want gold prices to be that high simply don't buy gold on the AH till gold is lowered, not complicated, except everyone would need to stop being stupid, and that won't happen.

    If u play on HT Server, u r guaranteed to buy gold for 400k from me! I always have, and always will. I will be selling about $35 for 400k a piece on HT around 01/15/10. Look for me. Also the price of Mats is ridiculous! I sell according to Lvl. Example: Lvl. 1 = 1k, Lvl. 2 = 2k, etc... Look me up in HT.

    if ppl stop buying gold at 400K gold prices will go down (that is not going to happend) im ok with 400 if you are 70+ u can farm mats and/or sell drops/AH gear and get 400K pretty fast but right now most of the ppl in the server are like 3X - 5X so yeah 400K its a too high...

    The only thing i have to say is i miss when nix was 25mil-40mil now where looking at what 70mil - 100mil.... (ah price was 580k for 60[last I look])
