    Most of them would just let rip when they can tank. If you are tank...how would you feel? pretty useless right?

    We exist to play as a squad (team) right?

    Please actually read through the **** you're trying to post on forums. These mages are talking about being 90+ and tanking fb 59 or 69, beleive it or not most 9x mages will have over 10k p. def and 5k+ hp buffed, if we're stuck in a party with some 8x barb I am NOT going to wait till the mob is on half hp to attack...that's just a ridiculous waste of time when i could finish things faster while the mob is doing maybe 100-200 per hit on me.

    Use some common sense, please, it's not taboo for a nuker to gain aggro sometimes. Many barbs actually appreciate it when I offer to tank a boss that likes to nuke them for 5000+, but only hits me for 1500.

    I was wondering what the range comparison on Psychic vs. Wizard spells were (At max.)

    I've never really played a wizard (Although I enjoy reading debates like this.) But My Psychics range seems to be really large, even at 30. At least, compared to my archer.

    Is Psychic Range > Wizard Range? Or are they the same?

    psychic range is the same as wizards, and less than archers. Wizard max range at sage/demon is 30m, psychics currently can reach 28.5m.

    Alright I see, thanks for that. It's hard to judge due to terrain sometimes.

    Also, I'd just like to throw Souldburn into the arena.

    If you look at my soul calculation thread, it's about 3150 damage in PvP, before defense (Dunno if that even applies, or what type it is.) And not counting Refinement rates.

    Now, assuming you halve that due to defense, that wiz is taking 1500~ Damage everytime he/she hits us. Regardless of our negative status.

    Sure, Cleric's and Veno's can debuff us. But there's a lot of debuffing gonna be going around then, what with empowered/diminsh vigor, the -60% ele resist debuff, multiple souls (Only a few share CDs) and whatever else is there.

    It'd be an interesting fight, and as with everything, it'd be heavily based on the player's, there styles, ect.

    These things can be argued for years, but only field testing will show whether either one (If any) have an advantage.

    theres more than one boss in this game - that is totally tankable from a wiz , even in lower lvls.... starting from quignzi in bh29 - continued with farren, etc etc

    it even gets extremer in higher lvls - as more mobs seem to be dealing magic dmg only- althogh there is alot of mobs - or bosses , whutever - that deal ranged magic and close melee - so a wiz can still tank ranged -others incontrary deal different chains of attacks - meaning a mixed set of p an m atk -- sure only a high wiz would have the recommended pdef to tank em ... but on the other hand ... only a high lvl barb would have the neccessary m deff to tank em either.
    so many fail barbs out there going for max hp and full pdef b:shocked

    in the end it comes down to gear understanding of the game and a good cleric
    most pdeff debuffs can be purified - with a cleric thats not sleeping the whole day .. np at all

    I think the fins look cool, especially with my hair. I need a makeover scroll because when i used my quest one i forgot to put a smile in b:cry So now my psy looks all evil...
