Why we dont need xmas events.

since some ****** got my other one locked >>

1) You shouldn't be on a game, you should be with your family.

2) You have new gifts, go enjoy them, no need to rot on a computer game you can have any other day.

3) Some people can't even afford to have a holiday celebration, we shuold be a little thankful we have a cool game.

4) You don't need the company to provide a quality time during the holidays, example: Guild Secret Santas, or Coordinating a Forum Event.

5) Not everyone celebrates Christmas, and well... we should be more open minded to other holidays during this season.

6) Santa doesnt exist.

    Guess I was incorrect about the reason for the other thread being closed lol. That aside, sometimes people can't go out for christmas, they have disabilities or other factors preventing them from normal social interaction, and an event in game could be the only holiday cheer they get.

    While I understand your points, there are also factors on the other side of this that deserve equal consideration.

    Number 4 on your list is prime though. It is both true and a great path for factions to take.

    Turn all the PvE servers into PvP servers for the weekend.. Call it bloody days of PWI Christmas.

    I disagree with you completely.

    If a game company is able to afford massive expansions, and is happily reeling in profit without even bothering to hide their greediness, they could at least provide some sort of christmas event, like every other mmo.

    I would be happy if it just snowed everywhere instead of having to hang out North where its always snowing.

    And put last years santa suit in the CS. (that's if they decide not to do an event to get it free) b:victory

    in 2 other MMO's i am currently playing..
    they are both having a Cash Shop event.. and get this.. a Free Event at the same time o.O

    also every other game site i checked out has a Christmas thing going on ingame. Not a single one has forgotten the GIVING spirit of Christmas.

    We have a blowout cash shop sale tho.


    please give us some men of snow so we may deplete their ever growing population and hope that they dwindle in numbers as we loots their corpses for anything worth stealing.

    It's still being a bit lazy when EVERY other game has one. Especially when they put such a huge effort into holding a massive cash shop sale. I mean they obviously want to make money...and fine it's a business... but at least give us something for it in return.

    Refusing to fix bugs or hold events during holiday seasons and still demanding massive profit income is pushing it a little.
