    Let's say I'm a noob, I don't understand the game and I'm learning the hard way because I was watching tv at the same time.
    And no, wasn't my moms money, I got my own =)
    Anyways, I put the items in the action house, as I said before I'm learning the game, I found the solution ...somebody could had said something about reselling the mounts so I could get my money back in "game currency" form, but noooooo, you guys are too busy acting immature and telling me how dumb I am and getting mad for something I didn't understand lol.
    And I thought we were here to help each other =/

    What I'm wondering is how exactly you accidentally go to the PWE site, click charge, fill out all your payment information, select your character and server, click transfer, log onto PW, open up the boutique, go to the mount tab, clicked buy, and confirmed your selection.

    Your OP made it sound like you accidently charged the zen in the first place. From that point, it's kind of understandable to make mistakes. I bought fash one time and hated it, but thats life.

    As for feeling superior or being angry, no. I'm simply pointing out that you went through all of those steps and have the nerve to come onto the forums asking for how to get your money back...

    Also, I thought you were asking how to get your IRL money back, not ingame cash. You said gold back, not coins back... Maybe try being more clear to get the help you desire?

    ALSO, if you'd like us to take pity on you because you did all of that "by accident"...you're in the wrong place.

    ok, I'll try to be clear next time....now that I read it , yeah...it kinda sounds like if I'm asking for money back...but what I meant is a way to "what to do with the mounts now" ...remember I'm a noob, I didn't know about the auction house, hell, I didn't know mounts could be transferrable between players, which is cool I think.

    Hi, to help answer the OP's questions, try submitting a ticket under ZEN related problems here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

    Tell them you mistakenly purchased the mount(s) and they may remove the items and refund you, although I'm not personally sure how that process works or under what circumstances they would issue a refund. Results may vary, is what I'm getting at.
