At level 43 as a veno, my only char, I had enough money to get full legendery gear and a phoenix (20m~ back then). I got my herc at lvl 63.
Spent a total $20 on pwi, rest is grind/farm/tt money - making cash in pwi is not hard at all.
These days I make money by reselling tokens.
u did TT at lvl 43?-i was in the million dolla meetins he was cheatin. all up in the church, he was sneakin with the deacon. cats away while the mice will play lol smiley face have a nicer day. cuz pop pop po it goes my rubber band so stop stop stop sniffin that contraband. cuz you was penny pinchin my accounts laced attenion! about face.

Just wanted to point this out as I read this...... notice how they said they got their herc at level 63? That means that they are higher than or equal to level 63, and you can do TT at level 63.0 -
its true that as ur lvl gets higher u need way more money for gear and weaps, but cmon i've made almost 1M in a day selling teleacoustics, i grind and make 500k per day. or i can collect mats and sell wines for 200k each, people just qq too much cause they dont know how to utilize the pwi marketing system, or if all else fails pay 10$ and make urself 6M..0

herbs and mats: around 500k-800k
other: oracle IX's, 8 of them, 60k-80k each, 480k-640k total
Total worth: At best, 10mil but I'd say it's closer to 6mil-8mil if I sold all.

have to point this out you said you never used the cash shop yet you have wings and you dont have an elf class character?
also to get those oracles you had to have bought a few packs.

1~50's is not hard to make chump change on an class doing nothing but quests and picking up drops. Wait till you're a higher level and you're skills start getting expensive and your lame gear investments start showing on harder monsters. Then you'll be QQing like the rest of them.0
